Rotten food. Had to return it. The vegetables were also wilted.

Constant problems with pickup, instead of staff calling to tell you that they don't have your item, they'll give you a replacement item without your permission. I won't be ordering from this store again.

Items are a bit overpriced. Some employees are nice. The outside is a little dirty. The back of the store has some containers that make noise all day and night. We can hear it all the time in the apartments behind the store.

A sad and depressing grocery store.

I usually get my groceries here. Got great stuff. Always has my medication on time! Has a lot of fun and different foods. Yummy snacks or lunches.

Do not order for pickup at this forest drive location. Have been waiting over 30 minutes and have called 3 times and each time the lady states it will be out in a few.

More than 40 min to pickup online is nuts folks ....

Edit to reply. I shouldn't have to call you. You had staff there real-time and aware of it.

You should have known before I ever made this.

To the employees working the deli today, A++ for the details. We received a 1/2 pound of lunch meat today. Typically the slices are stacked on top of one another. Today they had individually placed each slice, half folded, on top of one another. These are the things that make the difference.

Trying to reach the pharmacy is almost impossible. Once you get through, whomever answers the phone speaks so fast that you have no idea what they say. My doctor had called in a prescription the day before and I was trying to find out if it had been filled. I was placed on hold. I finally hang up.

This store is truly an abomination. The store is not very clean. The entrance / external is plagued with trash/litter. The customer service is atrocious. Employees look and act depressed and angry. Part of that is the caliber of people hired to work there and the other part might be store leadership. I heard the manager named Karl/Carl admonishing a cashier in front of customers recently. Today I was charged twice for an item for which I only had one. I told the cashier and she insisted the duplicate charge was removed, but it was not. I didn't want to hold up the line so I paid and left. I called the store manager from my car and told him I didn't want to argue over the double charge but he needs to fix the lack of customer service in the store. I got the distinct impression that he really didn't care. There are other places to shop so I will make better choices in the future.

Grocery prices are insane these days. Paper bag costs offloaded onto the customer. Cashiers have been replaced with self checkouts. The cost of that labor is offloaded onto the customer to do it themselves. The one attendant watching over self checkouts is too busy not paying attention because she’s having a personal conversation on her AirPods. This isn't the first time I’ve seen that here. Seems like anyone can “work” and take a phone call on the floor. It’s all part of a broken industry standard. Prices go up and service goes down. Make it make sense.

Once again, disappointed here, top dollar paid for produce, ordered pick up, why would you keep these cherries out, and why would you tolerate, employees that give these nasty half rotten cherries, to your customers? Then they sub items, double the price, of course, when they're out of stock. How about listing the out of stock items so people order alternatives before being surprised after we get them home. I've always liked Giant, disappointed every time. I'll be shopping elsewhere from now on. Btw, threw the cherries in the trash, where they belong. It's not the first time that I've been overcharged, sold nasty old stale products, or told something is out of stock, but substitute something else for double the price. Shop elsewhere people, Aldi's right across riva Rd is cheaper, by far, and much better quality items!

This place is wack. If you look like your homeless you will be accused of something in some shape or form. The people there are horrible. I got banned for arguing with the manager and when they showed me the no tresspass paper I requested them to give me a copy and they told me they couldn't give me one cause it's giants property and u have to get a lawyer to get a copy. They wouldn't even let me take a picture of it with my phone. So I wouldn't recommend going there at all

They have a policy of putting nearly rotten fruit out in the bins. Over and over again I bring fruit home and one or two days later is totally uneditable rotten. The store is poorly managed. I was spending four or $500 a week on food there. I’ve gone elsewhere. I might mention also that you have to watch the meat department. There are things on the shelves that have expired disappointing..
