Yesterday I went in, ordered 3 orders of wings to go. You only get 8 for 16.50. That's highway robbery but hadn't been in years. Had family in town so we said who cares they will be good. Get home and they were like Jerky. Like they had already been fried and sitting and when we ordered they refried to heat up. I did order extra crispy but as a cook and the customer is paying 17 dollars a order. You have to know how to cook. This cook obviously didnt care about his job...
Took a group of 25+ firefighters here and the manager Chris was awesome. Set up the outside area for us which is nice for a group this size. The drinks were cold and the food came out fast. It’s good to see this level of customer service and we love HEROS!
Docked a star because of my experieexperience with the ATM machine other than that, the fish & chips were great and they even had non-alcoholic beer available because I still had a long drive and didn't want to be pulled over for intoxication. As a Black man I was the only one there but they didn't treat me any different very professional!
