I always get the sub in a bowl and they do a good job with it just wish you didn’t always have to ask for napkins and a fork when you are taking it to go

I frequently order jersey mikes from other locations. I happened to be in this area today. The sandwich I ordered was very well made and the bread tasted fresher than it usually does.

Jersey mikes used to be so good! What happened?!!! Maybe it’s this location? We ordered a cheesesteak and maybe they need to clean the grill because it tasted like another meat. The sandwiches were also inconsistent. Ehhh I don’t know if I’ll be back because I feel like we got jipped for the price.

One of the employees tried taking my gift card that still had $10 left on it. Lied to me and said it was empty and she’ll throw it out, but I asked for the receipt and told her she’s lying and she finally gave it back to me…

First time at this location and everyone was so friendly. It was very clean and all the toppings looked fresh! I will definitely be going back!
Usually, I don't write reviews, but my wife came back to me upset about her experience at this establishment. When she and my little brother walked in, she felt ignored and looked at by all t/ associates. In contrast, when someone else ente they were greeted with a warm smile and a friendly greeting. However, the main issue was when she requested customizations to her meal. She was met with a stone wall, refusing to accommodate her wishes. The reason given was that other locations might offer such services, but they didn't. When she offered to pay for the changes she wanted, she was denied again. Frustrated, she asked for a manager, and he informed her that he was the manager and that they would no do what she wanted. She received her food and left highly unsatisfied. We won't be visiting this location again !

Edit: I chose not to disclose too much of my experience. However after reading other one star reviews..they mimic my experience. I was not greeted and other people were greeted. Very selective greetings.. additionally, I asked to purchase an “side” slice of the rosemary bread and they refused. Please note that I said purchase. Which I have done this at other locations before with no problem. The manager of the location claims simply “they do not do that”. I’m willingly asking you to charge me 5 to 6 dollars or whatever price for the bread I do not see the issue.. ring up a sandwich, drink, something. As somebody that is in both the service industry, owned restaurants, and food trucks This experience was highly disappointing. Will not return to this location.

I visited this location, tonight, for the first time. The staff was outstanding. Very friendly, attentive, and just dedicated to delivering a great experience. I have been to at least 10 different Jersey Mike’s locations across the US and I was very impressed with the service and food at this new location. Best Jersey Mike’s steak and cheese that I have had in a while. Keep up the good work!
