I felt racially discriminated against. I had been waiting on my food 10 min....No other ppl in restaurant. A white man came in and ordered 5 minutes after I had been there to pick up my order and KEVIN stopped working on my 5 sandwiches to prepare this MAN'S order. I asked why and he told me to sit and wait quietly...I'm really confused JIMMY John's, 133 Town Center Blvd... Kevin is rude and Ignorant and I'll never eat here nor pick up an order here, ever again

Hour and a half for delivery!! Do better JJ!! You are only 1.1 miles away from where I am located. If I received a call to let me know delivery would have been over an hour, I would have picked it up myself! Customer service aka communication is the worst!

this was the absolute worst food I've ever gotten to be completely honest. It was so bad I had to download yelp. I ordered a pickle sammy kit- that all the peeps are trying. I literally got a single shred of turkey( resembles a green bean) and that was it. It seemed like whoever made it truly hates Jimmy John's to represent the company this terribly. When I went back in to have them remake it- he apologized said he was out for a week and today was his first day back... im all about empathy but how do you not know how to make a sandwhich because you were out for a week... doesn't make any sense to me. I hope a manager see's this and fixes the issue and the work ethic of his/her employees. If you don't want to be making sandwiches don't work at a sandwich place the pre packaged chips and premade ranch were amazing tho.

Every time I come here we are the only people here and it takes a minimum of 20 minutes to get our food out.

Food sucked. I had maybe 2 pieces of bacon on my sandwich. Also was only 1 person working who acted like he has never seen the menu in his whole life. He told me they had ingredients for my sandwich, so I ordered it, get it made, then he tells me that they don’t even have what I want. Ummm I would have maybe liked it to know that before I paid? The worst customer service ever. Do better

Had a lil Pepe possibly the smallest sub I’ve ever seen or eatin had like 1 slice of ham and nothing else looked like a mini hot dog bun then after I devoured it in 1.67 bites I bought an 8 inch sub and that had 2 slices of ham and exactly 1.78 slices of lettuce and 2.4 ounces of mayonnaise still tasted like a McDonalds Fanta.

Man, a good sandwich craving hit me at 8:00 PM on a Wednesday and I had to go full size Spicy Italian. Risky timing for restaurants, but Trey was ready for me with a smile on his face and cheerful attitude—always impresses me when people actually enjoy their jobs these days. This sandwich is fire, so much so that I had to write a review glorifying the entire positive experience from easy online ordering to Trey killing it with a fresh hoagie. Much thanks and respect. My dog tried to steal it.

I order a regular tuna add onions and mayo. The cashier was rude and thought I said #2 and said it comes with mayo already and wouldn't give me a receipt. The handed me a #2 but was not right and then handed me a tuna on a lettuce wrap was not right then I got my tuna on bread but was missing onions and mayo also its majority just lettuce. I paid $8 for a lettuce sandwich and the bread is hard on the bottom. I waited way too long and it's not hard to make a sandwich I will not be going back to this store.

I asked for oil and vinegar on my sub and got all oil no vinegar on my Italian cold cut.I asked for more vinegar and got more oil.I will not be back ever again. They lost a customer for life. I will pass this word on.

No good veggie options. The other sandwiches were pretty good. They only have white bread sub rolls. Whole wheat is sandwich bread.
