My first time at Jimmy John's.I went there after lunch time, it was not busy, only one customer. I ordered a Sub. Half of the ingredients where off the Italian bread and got wrapped just like that.Bread was very cold straight from the fridge, it didn't taste nor it had a fresh texture to the bite.Poorly made and skimpy on the avocado sauce and mayo. I asked for peppers and onions, barely any.One less customer and won't recommend to anyone I know.

We visited 4th of July and there were only two employees working. They were doing their best and kept a good attitude even though they were slammed with customers!

We came in before 2 a.m. and they close at 3. They claim they were out of bread (even though my friends and I clearly saw bread) and wouldn't make us anything. If you're trying to close early just say that.

Y'all really sold me a jalapeno ranch chicken wrap without a single piece of chicken in it. For $10? Very disappointing.

We wanted to grab a quick bite before driving back home. The sandwiches were good but staff wasn`t that great, my husband ordered and asked for no tomatoes twicw while ordering. We opened sandwiches and there was tomatoes OK the staff really doesn`t listen. The inside was so hot from the heater we eat outside they had about 4 tables outside. Was we ordered and they told us how much my husband pulled out his card and employee said that there card machine was down, I had cash so it wasn`t a problem for us but he should have told us before taking are order. I am thinking they really need to go over customer service with there employees.

Jimmy johns has good sandwiches, but this location definitely is very iffy on service. I ordered a sandwich through the app and hurried up and drove over during my lunch break and then back to work. Only to find out they completely messed up my sandwich not made at all how I ordered it. At this point I don't have time to go back so I contacted the store and they said oh you had this sandwich right? So they already knew what sandwich was messed up and thought it was okay to still finish making it and giving it to me. Luckily I was able to get a refund on the sandwich.

Stay away from this dirty shop. I ordered a billy club sandwich which is my go to and upon opening the wrap I found 2 yes 2 cockroaches in the bread. Also the bathroom was for employee use only. How can this be, I don't know but disappointed to say the least.
The only reason I'm docking a star is so maybe JJ corporate/franchise owner will see this review. The employees are great and the store is very clean. BUTwhat sandwich shop do you know that RUNS OUT OF BREAD? (Dec 2022) Sure, they had wheat square and the skinny jimmy's, but I placed an order online, and only after arriving at the store did I learn they didn't have bread and they hadn't made my sandwich (because, again, no bread). I was good with an unwich, but I just can't wrap my head around running out of bread at a shop that literally runs on bread. Okay, I'm done now! #breadAlso, they regularly can only take credit, so cash-preferers beware.

Just had a very very pleasant experience with customer service from this Jimmy John's. The women I spoke to on the phone noticed I was overcharged through the delivery app I placed the order through, and was able to help fix that for me. Went out of her way to help me. I really really appreciated that kindness and attention to detail!!

I love Jimmy Johns and in other towns/cities, I've never had a problem ordering with them. But the Annapolis Main Street location is horrible. I've tried getting delivery from them 3 or 4 times now and each time has been bad, so I'm done (twice I never received my meal and when I tried calling the store to complain, they never answered the phone and there was no way to leave a message). With my latest order, my food ended up sitting outside for a half an hour because the delivery guy never contacted me to let me know that it had been dropped off (even though I specifically asked to be contacted because I work in an office and I can't see outside to see if he's here). When I finally discovered my food outside, I found that they had forgotten my drink. So I called the store and told them it was missing. They apologized and offered to send me another one right away but it then took 45 minutes for it to be delivered to a location that's less than 10 minutes away, and to top it off they didn't even include a straw (which isn't a big deal but it was really annoying since I had been waiting for 2 hours to eat my lunch). When I talked to the delivery guy, he said he didn't contact me earlier because his phone was dead... what's wrong with knocking? One of my co-workers would have heard the knock and answered the door. Instead, my food was left outside.

We stopped by Jimmy John’s for a sub recently. The employees were very friendly. The medium sized sub had two pieces of turkey and a single piece of cheese with minimal lettuce. The two sides of the roll touched since there was so little inside. It was very disappointing. We will not be returning.
