Joss Café & Sushi Bar is a hidden gem in Annapolis, perfect for sushi lovers. The restaurant has a nice layout with a main bar upfront and a full sushi bar towards the back. The Shrimp tempura was cooked to perfection, and the Tuna Avocado and Spicy Tuna rolls were excellent. The edamame was also delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations. The tempura soft crab roll was very good, and the hot Sake was nice. While the menu has changed over the years, the fresh and tasty food, along with the outstanding service, make Joss Café & Sushi Bar a highly recommended spot.
