Celebrated a family members birthday. Julep offered Delicious food, wonderful service, and a cozy atmosphere and ambiance. Shoutout to our lovely server Jackie who took great care of us! Our order included Biscuits, Catfish, Blackberry glazed chicken thighs w/collards and green beans (I’m black and from the South and for non homemade greens, they were SO well seasoned), Chicken Salad, and Cream of Crab Soup. This place did not disappoint. The Half and half tea was also delicious! This Place is a southern inspired gem.

First time here. The food was excellent! The jambalaya was thick and tasty. The shrimp and grits were a little cheesy without overwhelming the delicate shrimp and creamy grits. And the crab dip was wonderfully delicious and abundant! The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was inviting and friendly. I will definitely go again when in town.

I’ve come a couple times now. Food is phenomenal! Literally finger licking good. I have not had one bad food item from their menu. Best cornbread I’ve had in my life! I’d pass on the sweet tea, that tasted watered down. Staff is great, location is clean, bathrooms are impressive - they even have toilet rugs which are great for elderly folks or anyone if the floors are wet.

We were just randomly picking a local restaurant for dinner and this place is honestly one of the best. The food is super delicious, everything comes out fresh, warm, and really well prepared. The vibe is cozy and the staff is super friendly. The cream of crab and sweet corn soup is so good… creamy, sweet, and full of flavor. The crabby fries are also a win. I got the blackberry chipotle chicken thighs. it was so good with Huge portion and crazy juicy. And the brisket burnt ends definitely live up to being award-winning. Overall, such a great spot for a family dinner. I’ll definitely be coming backkkk

My fiancee and I went here for the first time knowing nothing about it, and WOW, we were so impressed! The atmosphere was great from the moment we walked in, and I really like how many parts of the kitchen are visible from the dining area and not behind closed doors. Our server was amazing, very attentive and very charismatic, and we had such a good time with him. And of course the food! I had the smoked pork steak and my fiancee had the waffled pig -- both unbelievably tasty. My pork steak was super juicy and was so tender that I hardly needed my butter knife to cut it. They have a wide variety of desserts, including several flavors of homemade ice cream which was divine. They also have a bunch of great beers on draft from small breweries, both local and from all over the nation. And the prices were CRAZY good for the quality of food we got! I've been to a lot of restaurants in Annapolis, and I highly recommend this restaurant over most others. We will be returning!

Service was outstanding! All of his recommendations were spot on. I love a good Old Fashioned, and theirs is definitely ranking near the top for me. The food could’ve used a little more seasoning — just a personal preference — but overall, everything was great. I’ll definitely be back!

My family and I, 6 of us came to celebrate our dad's birthday and we have been here before.
Let me start off with the good. The wings were perfectly made and delicious. My Memphis burger was cooked perfectly and the fries were hot and fresh. At lot of restaurants serve luke warm and/or close to cold fries because they dont cooked them to order.
Now for the room for improvement. Our server was ok by the end but she dos not come off very welcoming or friendly. Her face was telling she didn't want to be there, had a bad day, or dealing with something personally inside, which is understatement but as server customers are looking for exceptional service just like servers are looking for great tips and we did tip her well.
One other thing with service is that, we received a glass of water and the glass dirty right close to the rim, mea ongoing of so eone would have drunk the water without a straw, they would have got whatever was on the glass in their mouth. The server was not really apologetic really and I guess thinking it was no big deal to be serving a dirty glass to someone.
My sister didn't like her burnt end and she had them before and my burger was cooked well but it was fry and had to get extra sauce on the side but still needed some mayo, (my preference). Also the fried green tomato and the soft slice of pork belly gave the burger too much for me, of a soft, wet texture. It would be better if the pork belly was fried and not braised or however they cooked it.
Me personally I wouldn't go back because the options are limited on the menu, the sides are small, and just not overall amazing. Again though the wings are excellent but for the price for 8, it's not worth it.

I went to Julep on the recommendation from someone from work and a sponsor a highway sign 🤣. Honestly I am so glad I did! Jackie was my server and she was absolutely amazing. I ordered the biscuits because duh you have to! They were so big and fluffy and broke so easily. The butter tasted sooo good too highly recommend. Then I ordered the Blackberry Chipotle wings which they give you a good amount and covered in sauce. I really tasted the blackberry over the chipotle so it couldve used a bit more heat but still delicious. I wouldve also preferred more crispiness but thats just me. I would totally order again without a doubt! Now on to the main course i ordered the burnt ends special eith mac and cheese and it was soo good. The meat was so tender and the mac was so creamy. I finished it all with the southern smores and that was the perfect amount of sweet. 10/10 recommend if you are thinking of going GO
