I was in the neighborhood for one reason or another, and I hadn't been to a KFC in forever. I had a craving, so I made the trek to stop on by. I say I "made the trek," because it sits on the middle of a very busy West Street heading to/from downtown Annapolis. This place is easy to find, but please use your turn signal to drive into the place! West Street can be quite chaotic in this particular spot.Location aside, the exterior was recently redone, so it has a modern and updated look. Inside is no less clean-looking and newly refurbished. Now, onto the food.I forget all that I ordered, but I remember this: everything was made to order and was very fresh! I had the chicken sandwich, that much I remember, because I remember how very good it was! I'd tried it at another location, and it was only just "meh." This one, though, was WAY better! I think it might be my new favorite fast food chicken sandwich now!Everything else was good, maybe not as memorable, but very tasty. I had no issues at all here. There was a woman in the dining area who was very... um... vocal. But... not coherent? I don't want to apply labels or anything. But, beyond that, it was overall a very nice experience. I know everyone has their opinions about major chain places, but I have to admit that I was pleasantly surprised here. I would definitely consider a return visit the next time I'm nearby!

Maybe I am just unaccustomed to KFC's food, or maybe it was cross-contamination. Had a spicy chicken sandwich there around noon yesterday. 24 hours later, I am still having greasy diarrhea. The food was tasty enough, but slathered in something oily. Perhaps that was the "spicy" part.As for service, it was abysmalconsidering that the place was not crowded. Our group of five outnumbered the other diners. Two of the group ordered food that required utensils, and did not get utensils with them. The person who went to the counter to ask for forks had to wait almost 5 minutes to get them. Ridiculous! Why don't they have forks available, next to the straws, napkins, and drink lids?

The chicken they served had burnt skin. The meat was flavorless. The coleslaw was dry. Even fast food needs to have some quality control. If you burn a chicken, do not serve it to customers. My biggest regret was paying in cash because I can’t get my money back.

Hours are clearly marked on Friday, open until 11pm. I pulled up to the drive thru at 950pm and no one helped. I drove around to the window and a young woman was standing there. I asked why no one was answering the drive thru and told her there were 3 cars behind me and she said, "We're closed" and walked away.

Terrible experience .Bought a 12 piece meal in the drive through -were told that it would be half original , half crispy. It was all crispy snd overcooked. The biscuits were hard. My wife bought a cake and it was dry.100% woukk LG d not recommend

Under staffed! The person behind the counter was very nice and tried very hard to pr0vude good service. He was managing in taking orders and getting the food together. Unfortunately, the biscuits were forgotten. The chicken was soggy and not the right amount of chicken was given.
