I love the Orange Sangria Fruit tea and House Milk tea here, I requested less sugar. It was recommended by their staff. They were very nice and patient as I do not know what to order. Thank you for your great service Annapolis mall team 👍🏽👍🏽

Save your money and NEVER go here. HORRIBLE customer service!!! My daughter drinks Boba Tea on a regular and gets the same flavor each time. However, this time it was made incorrectly so she politely asked the associate to remake the drink. They argued with us back and forth several times and refused to remake the drink. In addition, they also declined to refund our money!!! This drink was $7.96 which didn’t break my pocket nor would have broken their bank to remake the drink for a customer who regularly spends money at this location. I asked the associate her name and she clearly gave me a fake name (Michelle) so I’m taking the time to share this review to not spend your money at this particular establishment if you care about customer service. I’m also including a photo of what POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE looks like!!!

I highly suggest the owner to hire someone who willing to work til 7pm as it is on the website. These girls behind the counter take selfies and claiming they are closed at 6:30pm. As i go through the reviews i see it is not the first time they do this.

This place opens at 10am today. I arrived at 10:05a.m. and was told they were not open yet and to cone back in 13min. It's now 10:25a.m. and they are still reporting closed. My son is thirsty, may I have bottle of water please... nevermind, I will go somewhere else. ✌️out.

They just be making up their own hours for whenever the hell they want to close and open it doesn't reflect properly on here at all it's 15 minutes until close and they're still closed they probably close 15 minutes ago because that's how they felt stop reflecting false hours I don't appreciate the ignorant level of false advertising they have

Honestly the service was so bad, the person taking my order didn’t listen to anything I said and then when I got my drink I let them know that it wasn’t what I ordered.
