One of their sandwiches is massive, I would share it with someone and it was great pricing! Something to consider in this economy for sure. I believe it was about $13 or something? No drinks of course but they do have some smoothie options that we eventually did try and enjoyed. Eating out for 2 is always a $20 endeavor now but the portion size and the quality/taste of the sandwich was on point. I highly recommend.

I just experienced the most horrendous customer service, all coming from an employee with a child like mentality. I ordered a smoothie and when it came out, it was not the right smoothie. The employee proceeded to say with an attitude that it was. When I asked for a correct smoothie to be made, another staff offered, and then the employee continued to be rude, but at that point I just wanted my refund issued because spiteful people will spit in your food and she was unnecessarily rude. Then she rudely said, "how about your not getting your refund". I wondered why it was nobody in line, I could see why. Treat your customers better. You made a situation bigger than it needed to be. Issue the refund, and move on.

"I was there at the incident as well, and I can assure you and with video evidence there was no language barrier. The problem was customer service and lack of accountability.

The young lady was rude before payment was made which was why I was uncertain in making a purchase. Hence why the other customer I was with made a purchase on my behalf. The request was two mango smoothies. I even asked if they used real mangos she said yes. AT THAT MOMENT, she should have said we do not offer plain mango smoothies, but we do have two smoothies that CONTAINS MANGO. Again check your videos. On your menu all of the smoothies depicted are that of an orange color, so when I saw she handed me two purple smoothies we were both confused. Immediately, your staff member gave us an attitude IMMEDIATELY. AGAIN, check your camera or I can place the footage here. However you like…. Luckily her mother (I’m assuming it was a family owned business) came to help. The rude staff member continued to go back and forth, so much that the mother didn’t know how to control her. Let’s be clear, as a business in the food industry you pay into an insurance that allows you to comp orders that are incorrect and allow for a refund. The rude employee gave us two incorrect smoothies and refused to refund the money. Now, if your company is not insured, then it seems like you may have a larger issue at hand. The mother was the only reasonable person, but by then the two staff members (mother and daughter) exchanged some words in their native language and she (the daughter) stormed off. Check your camera.

Again, the problem was NOT the language. It was the employee working at the front.

She was offering free samples of pastrami and out of the two of us attempting to make a purchase, she rolled her eyes which is why I didn’t spend my own money there.

We were traveling from out of town, so no I do not wish to visit nor will I trust her to make my smoothies in the back and bring it out ever again. Like she did the first time.

My suggestions would be to accurately depict the smoothies you are selling. If #1 is purple why do you have an orange smoothie listed in a box with a 1 on it? Your menu is confusing and having poor customer service is a recipe for disaster."

Tried this place on a whim a while back. Got pizza & sandwiches. Shrimp pizza cause thought it was made with red sauce. Ended up being a white pizza that I actually liked when I normally hate white pizza.

Sandwiches are huge. 1 is def big enough for two people. I always try to get a different 1 when I get takeout. I haven't been dissapointed yet.

They sometimes offer free samples. That's what got me hooked. It was a pastrami sandwich of some sort. I never liked pastrami. But however they make it is delicious.

Ice cream/fruit smoothies are banger too. I'm always dissapointed when it's finished.

Def give this small business a shot. You won't be dissapointed.

The best sandwich in town. Real bread, each hams fresh, and authentic people taking care of their customers. Frankly, l never eat a sandwich so delicious and abundant. Great for big families and small group of people. Delicious!

This place is a little hidden gem in the food court of annapolis mall. Their sandwiches are amazing! The bread is fresh the basil fresh everything was delicious. Portions are more than plenty. Most incredible sandwich I have EVER had.

I usually don’t go out of my way to leave reviews but this place is one of a kind. If you want a healthy sandwich with fresh ingredients this is where you go. I would eat here every single day if I could.

Definitely more of a family owned and operated establishment, which is all the more reason to stop by and support a local business.

Please, whatever you do give this place your business so that they stay around for years to come.

I went to this location in the annapolis mall and was pleasantly surprised. I was first off impressed with the sample sandwich, which tasted amazing and made me wanna buy it immediately. I ended up getting something for around $10 with a $1 tip, and they gave me a huge sandwich that lasted days. It was incredible service, so kind, so caring, and amazing food. 10/10 recommend!!
