Such a great place. Monica provided great food/drink recommendations and such great service!
We had a great time here. We celebrated my wife's birthday with family, 10 of us all together. Loved the view. Our waiter was fantastic, he was very attentive and knowledgeable of the dishes and the local area. Wish I could remember his name, he was a tall middle white gentleman. Made our family feel very comfortable.
Overall the experience was good and it was an enjoyable evening. Our server was a bit green and while he was very nice and tried hard, he needed more experience (he forgot to open our bottle of wine). With one exception (one dish was served cold) the food was well prepared and quite good. The atmosphere was nice and everyone we encountered was polite and friendly. We would definitely try the restaurant again.
My wife and I came here for dinner. We were seated right away and our waitress was prompt throughout our service. However, I asked for my hamburger to be well-done and it wasn't. I was quite pink in the middle. The waitress offered to take my meal back to the kitchen to be properly cooked and said she would mention something to the kitchen about it. Overall, our experience wasn't horrible but I don't think we'll be returning.
This was my first time dining there it was amazing. The parking not a good but we went the weekend of the Boat show and the Navy game.
The live entertainment was very LOUD! Could hardly hear the waiter and we couldn't have conversation with each other in our party. Too loud!
We read the review for Latitude 38 and thought this would be a great place for brunch. We came in and ordered a few different things. The server recommended an extra baguette for the crab dip and it was a great call. The crab dip was amazing and just what we needed. It was rich and creamy and overall tasty. We also ordered steak and eggs and French Toast. The steak was ordered medium and it was decent at best. It wasn't medium and it was kind of tough to eat. The eggs came out incorrectly and the potatoes were cold. The French toast was pretty good and worth the price point. The server was fine. Overall, we decided we would not come back, it was not worth the visit.
Very touristy place, felt like an assembly line. Will not return, much better places to dine in Annapolis.
Rose, the maitre de and Brittany the waitress were outstanding in every way. They did not miss a beat. The manager was warm and friendly. The staff made this 76 year old man feel like a KING! I need open table to give me my rewards points now.
Great waterside venue in Annapolis. Nice menu, lots to select from including brunch. Friendly staff. Fair prices. Construction outside (no fault of the restaurant at all) kinda killed the beautiful summer Saturday vibe. I ordered steak and eggs, with the steak medium. You only get two small pieces of steak tips... One came very rare and the other piece, very well done. So I got two pieces of steak, but neither came close to it being medium, which is what I asked for.

I would rate dinner as mid. It was food that pretended to be more upscale than it really was. I would say that the price for the quantity and quality of the food is above what it should be. The service was okay. I think the main gripe is that the food is overpriced for both a casual dinner/brunch and for even an intentional nice dinner occasion that is then accompanied by small portion sizes. I got the rockfish and shrimp - a tiny fish filet and 3 shrimp. Really skimpy on the food. The hush puppies were the best part.
Service was great. Food was ok. Ambience was terrible. Low lights, no decor. It felt like we were in a hotel conference room that had been set up with some tables. Picked the restaurant for the view but the view was of a construction site on a parking lot. While the service was great we will try somewhere else next time.
Bartender was EXTREMELY rude and refused to accept my ID because it was vertical (I turned 21 one month ago and renewed before my birthday. NJ license expires on 21st birthday.) She accused me of having a fake ID. I wish we left at that point because the food was painfully average.

Great location meet up with friends while visiting Annapolis for the day. We were seated at an outdoor table with a great view. Our server was very knowledgeable and friendly. Food and drinks were excellent! Would definitely return.
