Made a reservation for a group of 12. Due to weather we arrived 30 minutes early and were able to get seated. We were not rushed at any point and Melvin our server did an excellent job with the large table. The appetizer, soup and meals were all brought out timely and were enjoyed by all. Good menu selection as not all of our Ohio group were seafood eaters. Due to the driving rain and darkness we were not able to enjoy the water views.

The restaurant was freezing cold like they didn't have any heat. Bar drinks took longer than appetizers. Our server was having to help bartender.

Our reservation was honored on time. After being seated for 20 + minutes, our waitress arrived to tell us that she was working floors, took our drink order and didn't return for another 20 minutes. We watched othe guest, who were there before us, left without ordering. One couple asked to be moved to another section so they could be waited on. My boyfriend ordered the Chesapeake Filet. Hen he asked for a steak knife, 2 staff could not find one. When one was found, he had managed to use a butter knife and was finished. A family with children beside us, recieved their drinks at the same time ours were delivered, but their food order had not been taken when we were leaving. Overall, the food was average and the service was dismal.

Service was very friendly, but it was New Year's Eve and the place was 100% full, so service was a bit slow, especially for bar items. Food was excellent and actually at affordable prices.

It was chilly but servers did their best to accomodate. No sparkling water. Upstairs bar was not open so drinks took longer than normal to serve from downstairs.

Took 9 people there after the Army/Navy Game. Seated upstairs. Got plastic folding chairs, Miller Lite plastic cups for water. Rubbery $60.00 steak. Overall, kind of a bummer of an experience. Overall rating Meh....

Went to Lat 38 last year after the boat parade; remember it as decent enough. Last night, rather disappointing. Upper level/dining area was rather noisy and ladies bathroom had a HORRIBLE smell; like an open sewer line (?) ... used a bathroom on another level instead. Ordered the mussels appetizer; mussels had no flavor and broth was like a brine; terrible taste. I didn't realize large glass windows are very foggy, so not a good/clear view to harbor to watch boats. Waitress and other staff members were all so friendly and nice, but I don't see going here again bc of the food and overall dining experience.

Amazing food! The crab dip is a must get! Wick was our server and he was incredible, super attentive and really friendly! He recommended the key lime pie and it was amazing! Lovely view and music was so relaxing. Great vibe
We had a great time here. We celebrated my wife's birthday with family, 10 of us all together. Loved the view. Our waiter was fantastic, he was very attentive and knowledgeable of the dishes and the local area. Wish I could remember his name, he was a tall middle white gentleman. Made our family feel very comfortable.

Overall the experience was good and it was an enjoyable evening. Our server was a bit green and while he was very nice and tried hard, he needed more experience (he forgot to open our bottle of wine). With one exception (one dish was served cold) the food was well prepared and quite good. The atmosphere was nice and everyone we encountered was polite and friendly. We would definitely try the restaurant again.

My wife and I came here for dinner. We were seated right away and our waitress was prompt throughout our service. However, I asked for my hamburger to be well-done and it wasn't. I was quite pink in the middle. The waitress offered to take my meal back to the kitchen to be properly cooked and said she would mention something to the kitchen about it. Overall, our experience wasn't horrible but I don't think we'll be returning.
