At no fault of our waitress, but they had her working a large party on the 3rd floor while waiting on our table. Management needs to do better, or her coworkers should have stepped in and gave a helping hand. As it seems we were the only table she had on the second floor. This made wait times long. We asked another waiter for assistance, instead of them saying how can I assist you, the went and got her. This is poor customer service. Other than that, food was great.
Dined on Father's Day and had brunch. The food was good. The ambiance was beautiful where we were seated. Ryan was a very pleasant waiter.
If you are looking for the worst service in Annapolis this is your choice!
Food was cold, slow and incorrect. Management was rude and nonexistent.
Spend your money elsewhere!
Very poor service. Waited 30 min for appetizers over a hour for our food. The manager didn’t even say he was sorry for the wait but explain they were really busy. Everyone around us got their food before we did and they came in after us. I was so upset by the time my food came I had lost my appetite. Will never come back here again.
I pointed at the menu and said the order twice and they still forgot my order?! The food wasn’t very good either. Would not recommend.
Crab dip and lobster roll were outstanding. Our group also liked the crab legs, salmon, ribs, and mahi mahi entrees. Service was great too (thank you Andre). Will continue to dine here.
The food and service were excellent - the bang-bang shrimp wrap and the crab dip were both very good. The staff was attentive and friendly.
Terrible service, we went back in after eating there to use the restroom and the African American gentleman at the reception was extremely rude and was preventing us from coming in. When we said we were customers he argued with us and asked us what we bought until we found the person who served us and followed us to confirm.
Loved the ice cream!
Didn't have the wine or beer we wanted to drink, menu online didn't match the actual menu they provided, service was adequate, didn't like having seats near the kitchen.

The ice cream was very, very good with very nice employees.
Every food item brought out was cold. I imagine it would have been good if it were hot. The waiter didn't follow up for us to complain for 15-20 min. The manager made an excuse about being busy and offered dessert to make up for the cold food, but it wasn't good. Our entire meal should have been on the house. Mothers Day was a bust thanks to this experience.
Quality of food significantly lower than when we came last year. Service was slow, value for money was low to poor. You're paying for the location. There are lots of dining options in downtown Annapolis; you can enjoy a better meal for cheaper elsewhere.
It's important to say my experience was on Mother's Day, so they may have been busier than normal. The service wasn't the best. It took way too long to get our drinks, we barely saw the waiter we had to ask a different waiter/host for plates for our appetizers, and my sister's food was served cooled twice.
I specifically chose this restaurant for its brunch menu. No where was there a mention of a buffet only. The day we went I found out it was $55 per person for a mediocre spread. I made reservations for 9 people. We sat at a different floor than the buffet table. $600 plus was the tab.
