This was my first time going to this restaurant today. I had called them earlier to locate where they were. I was looking for something different than the usual burgers, salads, etc. I ordered the chicken shawarma rice bowl. The chicken was shredded very dry and it felt like sharp pieces of bone from a fish that I would pull from my mouth when eating it. Needless to say I wont be back and will NOT recommend them to my coworkers, family, nor friends. Atmosphere is great, restaurant appears clean and was greeted by a pleasant male staff member.

Very disappointed by the service today. We have been coming here for a long time, even before this new location. Our cashier was extremely rude. We went to the counter to place our order and saw a sign that there was a Monday special, buy one sandwich get one 50% off. We asked her about it and she said it applied to all sandwiches. We decided to change our order and ordered two sandwiches. She asked us if we wanted to upgrade to a platter to have sides and we did for one of the sandwiches. After we paid, we realized that she didn’t give us the discount. When we confronted her, she said it was because we ordered a platter and not a sandwich. The sign does not indicate that upgrading your sandwich to sides excludes the deal. When we pushed a little harder she started cursing and rolling her eyes. We kindly asked for a refund (mind you our order was JUST placed) and to replace the order without said platter and she said she couldn’t. She got on the phone, huffed and puffed. Offered zero resolution and we felt bamboozled because she knew we switched our order and she offered the platter. The food itself is fantastic but this experience left us not wanting to return.
