Always good food and friendly service! However, Cooper wishes they were open 24/7 so he could get his treats whenever he wants.

I ordered today a ham Swiss on wheat with lettuce tomato and mayo and ask only to toast the bread! In front of me both employees discussed my stupid request to toast only the bread as return i got rye bread with spinach ham and cheese yes the bread was toasted going back no thanks not for the next years I am not ready to take this rude behavior again.

Leeward Market - looks like a house from the outside but inside is a nice, cozy and welcoming establishment. Has a variety of menu options . Ranging from breakfast platters, sandwiches and pizza. I bought a breakfast wrap and a homemade oatmeal rasin cookie. Breakfast wrap had hashbrowns inside and nice fluffy egg. Need to try it with the southwest sauce ?

One of my must-visit places in Eastport. Awesome food, pastries, and cookies to die for. Great for breakfast or lunch.

Very charming cute spot. Conveniently located with lots of seating inside and outside. Breakfast sandwiches were ready quickly and very tasty. I loved all of the support for other local businesses, authors, and creators around the store. It's bigger on the inside than it looks from the outside. All parking is on the street so be mindful you might have to walk depending on when you visit.

Visited for the first time, while in the area from TEXAS. At first impression, it looks really small from the outside. I had a rice and chicken soup, coffee and some dessert and it was all very good. We would come back, since the female behind the counter was friendly and we felt welcomed.
