I never had to write a review to say how bad was the food. First delivery forgot half of order ($131). What arrived was so disgusting! Chicken satay for children was tasting chlorine. Duck curry was awful and meat was certainly not duck. Drunken noddle had the taste of a pan which never been washed with some black pieces coming from pan. Even the rice for kids was not good. Restaurant called to say delivery is missing half of order but never offer to do something. I will never ever recommend Lemongrass on West for healthy reason.

I'm a long time fan of lemongrass but recent experiences have made me feel it's necessary to share in hopes they improve. A couple months ago I found a piece of metal in my food from a dish scrubber. I found this in my mouth before swallowing and was able to refund the dish (management required I drive back to the store to do so which was very inconvenient). After a few months I tried another takeout dinner, yesterday. I purchased an app, salad, and two mains. For my main they reduced ingredients (removed bamboo shoots from the red curry), forgot to include rice with my curry, and ended up causing food illness from my main (my wife did not get sick and we shared the other dishes). I want this restaurant to do better as it has been one of my favorites in Annapolis over the years, but I'm very disappointed with my recent experiences and won't be back soon.

After my take-out order came out much longer than I was told, it wasn't right. When I asked for the food I ordered, I was told I had to pay additional for it. Then I was told that I would have to wait a while because they had a lot of orders. No apology and I was treated as if I had made a mistake. I did! The mistake was going to that restaurant. The Pad Thai is also unrecognizable. Negative stars is what this restaurant needs. Go to Tarin Thai Cuisine for good food and good service.

Lemongrass had a very nice atmosphere. It was calm and not too loud or "busy" feeling. The menu had some really good options that made it hard to choose. I got the garden rolls with shrimp and the lemongrass soup. The food was hot/cold as appropriate and the flavor was wonderful. The service was polite without being overbearing. I definitely recommend Lemongrass for those looking at a relaxing place to find dinner.

My husband and I had dinner here last night for the 1st time while visiting Annapolis. Our hotel was across the street, it was 8pm and we didn't want to walk too far as most places in the area close at 9pm on Sundays. Although the place is cute and the service that we got from our server, Chase, was excellent, I wouldn't go back based on the taste of the food. We ordered the chicken satay which you only get 3 of for $11.00. I would have thought that the quality and taste would have been better for the hefty price. The flavor was off, there was a funky taste to the chicken and it was hard to get past that. In retrospect, we should have said something, but instead, we just left it. Also the rest of the dishes were just OK. Definitely not something we would like to have again, but I really wanted to give a shout out to our very knowledgeable and caring waiter. Wishing that you continue to take whatever job you do after you graduate with the same respect and dedication.

This place to eat is easy to reach. The service is professional and friendly. The food is not suitable for me. Tastes a bit bland and lacks seasoning. But I saw that other visitors were quite hungry. This may just be a matter of taste. Price I think is normal.

I would return here again to eat! Wanted to get that out first, food was really good. Place is kinda a little hole in the wall, with really good atmosphere and service. A varied menu for many different taste.
When asked for Thai hot, they nailed it perfectly. And I kinda fussy about that; don't give me American hot and expect ME to add more spices trying to get it to where I had originally asked for! Even fiance was impressed! And you think I'm hard to please? Right...
If you enjoy Thai food, then this place should not disappoint you.

A wonderful experience!
I started out with the crispy spring rolls and they were more flavorful than most. I ordered the beef panang curry as my entree, which was delicious! But there was no way that I could finish the huge portion they provided. Their dinner portion is enough for two meals for me. And I finished off with their fried ice cream, which uses graham crackers and other ingredients that make it a little spicier than most, but it goes well with the honey, chocolate, and copius whip cream. My server was Alice, but the whole team made me feel at home. I can't recommend them enough!

The service was great and fast, but the food was bad. Way better Thai in MD than this, this tasted like someone ate Thai food once and then tried to make it by memory. My green curry smelled and tasted horrible. The Panang curry was lacking all flavor. If you’re thinking about getting a vegetarian dish I wouldn’t go here .

Had the opportunity to check out Lemongrass while visiting Downtown Annapolis. The restaurant is tucked away from the main hustle and bustle of Annapolis, but within walking distance from the water and tourist attractions near the Navy Yard.

I was greeted and seated quickly. The staff members were exceptional and friendly. The restaurant is cozy with maybe a dozen tables inside and a few outside; great for a date. The food service was incredibly efficient, yet paced, where I didn’t feel rushed.

For appetizers, I tried the crispy green beans and crab rangoon. The crispy green beans came recommended and were excellent; salty, spicy, sweet, and crunchy. The crab rangoon, albeit priced slightly high for four wontons, was executed perfectly; definitely better than your average wonton and justified the price. Entrees consisted of pad Thai and masaman curry. Each tasted very fresh and were prepared flawlessly with great flavors and a generous portion. For dessert, the fried ice cream was something different and a perfect sweet treat to wrap up an excellent meal.

When considering the food, service, atmosphere, and cost, I have no complaints and thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Lemongrass. I would absolutely return and would recommend visiting Lemongrass to anyone looking for exceptional Thai food. Thanks.
