Poor service food came out one plate at a time literally took 25 minutes plate. Quality of the ingredients are subpar especially for the prices they charge. Foodies can tell the difference. Decor was nice but service and quality of food ruined the meal. This place won't survive unless something changes.

This was our first visit, and it did not disappoint. We shared the scallops, duck, and tenderloin kebobs. The scallops were hands down favorites. Perfectly done. Everything was full of wonderful flavor. The dishes were delivered one by one, giving us time to savor every bite. We will definitely go back soon!

We were sat by a large party that was standing in groups and would have benefited from a private room

We had a wonderful experience at Level. Our server was attentive and very helpful Food was delish! Scallops were voted as the best. Tuna also great as was Captain Morgan shrimp! Salad was excellent balance to the meal! We had party of 6. Everyone enjoyed! Thank you!

I really appreciated the amount of gluten-free options they had on their menu and enjoyed the farm to table concept and small plates concept. We tried the Brussels sprouts, the Captain Morgan shrimp, the scallops, and the duck confit. The small plates concept allowed for trying multiple plates, and they were all equally diverse, yet delicious. The scallops came on a bed of corn seasoned with garlic and small pieces of chorizo. We tried the flourless brownie, which had orange zest and a white chocolate Cointreau sauce that was very different, but tasted amazing.

Our anniversary dinner! Excellent food, wonderful service. One of the great ones in Annapolis.

The wide selection of small plates are tasty and the prices reasonable. On Saturday night the kitchen was quite slow with the last plate arriving about 45 minutes after we ordered. The restaurant is very loud; after an hour plus, we were ready to escape some place a little quieter.

Great spot to go to. Service is so so as they always seem to be short on staff. Numerous times now our meal comes before our drinks. We would easily have had one or two more rounds of drinks if it didn't take so long to receive them. The food is great but the size vs dollar value doesn't align very well. I understand small plates but, the tuna poke was a plate of chips with a small scoop of tuna. It was very good but, the portion did not meet our expectation. The noise level is always fairly loud and I'm not sure what can be done about that. It can be hard to have a conversation with a group.

Always fun to share small plates. Level does an amazing job using local and seasonal providers. Extra points for the creative cocktails the staff comes up with. Location is easy walking distance for a show at Rams Head too.

I read the reviews before we went. The shrimp and crab appetizer was tasty. The arugula spinach salad was the biggest portion served. Our waitress was great to help us navigate the descent sized portions. She steered away from the Bison burger because it was very small. We saw it delivered to adjacent table and it was very small, I ordered the Sirloin cooked medium. Half was medium and the other half was raw. 4 oz portion of steak. They do not have A1 but the chef made an excellent steak sauce. My wife had the steak kabobs and asked for medium well and that were cooked well done. The blueberry cobbler was very good. As previous reviewer said the let the blueberry cobbler was blueberries do the talking. There was very little cobbler topping and ice cream. Overall good service, small portions, food tasty, steak preparation not consistent.

Food was for the most part good, but I wish it had a bit more seasoning. Also it was very cold inside when it didn’t need to be. Good experience

Incredible food in a small intimate setting. I visited here for a wedding rehearsal dinner and was impressed by the food and drink options. There's plenty of nearby parking on the street or in nearby garages. This place is definitely worth a visit.

Excellent service. Delicious craft cocktails with a nice play on some of the classics. Loved everything from beginning to end. We did grilled oysters with chorizo, avocado tacos, sirloin, mussels - each dish rivaled the rest with a flavor punch great textures all beautifully presented. For dessert we tried the banana bread pudding & seasonal cobbler with a light almond flour topping. Loved both - cobbler could have used a bit more topping and ice cream but I think the blueberries were kinda the whole point and I am being indulgent. We will be back - highly recommend 🤩
