The server was excellent! Very attractive restaurant. The food was very good and unique- not the same tired fare of many restaurants. Loved picking a variety of small plates and the value for the money was wonderful. The only thing lacking was dessert. The dessert choices did not match the food choices in quality, variety and originality. Also, loved that it was so easy to park.

We really enjoyed our small plates and our cocktails. Love a good cocktail and ours (a gimlet and a farmers market) were perfect - refreshing, not too sweet, well mixed. Also tried their easter brunch flight - LOVE! We had a combination charcuterie board, tenderloin, Brussel sprouts, ribs and potato salad. Very well made and delicious. Our waitress was great - personable and friendly but not intrusive, everything served with good timing and finished plates whisked away. We really enjoyed our drinks, food and the atmosphere. Wish they also had espresso drinks to finish but I have to say the french press coffee was awesome. We'll be back!

Level was one of the best dining experiences in all of Annapolis. Small plates, incredible flavors, brussel sprouts to die for. Small, quaint restaurant with incredible service. I'll be back for sure!

Our waitress was awesome. She was on top of everything and the energy at the restaurant was very energetic, but also gave my fiancé and I the ability to have a great conversation for our date night.

Plates are good, but a bit pricey ($15 on average per plate). Typically, 2-3 plates per person is what was recommended. Vegan options are all delicious. Short rib udon was my favorite.

We had a fabulous experience at Level. Came in for dinner before catching a show at the Colonial Players and found a great evening. The Service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The food was delicious! Drinks were creative and yummy. All and all, we look forward to our next visit.

As a vegan and gluten free diner, I appreciated the selections available to me. The bratwurst with parsnip puree and broccolini was excellent. The beet salad and black bean sweet potato salad were bursting with flavor and the ingredients were very fresh. The atmosphere was very cool. I'd definitely go back.

This was my second time at Level lounge, and I was looking forward to this visit a bit more since I had an opentable dining certificate to redeem. My happy hour dinner started nice with their Short rib flatbread and Fried house pickles, and the flatbread was on point with all of its flavors working their magic. Spicy pork belly was a-ok: liked the sauce but the pork belly slices were pretty dry. Curried crab bruschetta was also a-ok. But my dessert, flourless brownie, ruined my meal. It seems to be outsourced and was one of the hardest brownies I have had. The bartender serving me was pretty attentive and pleasant to interact with. In spite of this mediocre dining experience, I look forward to returning here on my next Annapolis visit as my first visit was rather nice.

I haven’t even eaten here, however!!!! I cannot begin to express how wonderful their customer service is. The owner, Jennifer, personally dealt with a gift card issue I had. She kept me on the line to make sure Everything was as I wanted and to my satisfaction. She was pleasant, helpful, kind and tolerant of my questions. I will definitely be eating at Level soon!!!

Well, I really wanted to love this place, but what started out as a great early dinner experience turned into something very mediocre. Drinks were excellent, burrata and brussel sprouts were very good. But then our area (we were seated at an upstairs bar table) got very crowded and loud, and our bartender/server was not around much, so we only ended up ordering one additional plate and one additional drink. Tuna tartare was pretty good but the wontons it came with were unpleasantly oversalted. We eventually then attempted to order dessert (bread pudding) after sitting with no food or drinks for a while, but that took 25 min to come out and when it did, it was cold and clearly had been sitting out, and tasted like a boxed dessert from the grocery store. We sent it back. It was removed from our check but there was no apology or explanation. We left contentedly buzzed from our lovely cocktails but without any motivation to ever return for dinner.

I would go back just for the charcuterie board, it was amazing. Our server, I forget her name but she had a big octopus tattoo on her leg, she was the best. Her recommendations were spot on and she was very attentive without being overwhelming.
