We drive 1.45 hours to eat at Maggianos. Although we've had some complaints in the past, I feel that Maggianos has listened and improved. Our server, Karla, is amazing. She is just what I would love to see at every restaurant - outgoing, intuitive, helpful, and has a fantastic memory. While no server we've had at Maggianos has been bad, Karla is just as good as it gets. We really appreciate having her there

What the actual hell have you done to the food? Why would a restaurant chain that has been consistently great, upend all of the recipes that have made them famous? Trying to close your doors? I think that until I hear that you've returned to decent food, I'll avoid visiting you

I absolutely appreciate how all the staff was really nice and friendly.... I was also really impressed how overall the entire restaurant was really clean and welcoming.... our waitress was amazing and really patient with our oldest daughter with Down Syndrome!! Which is a rare thing.... So a big shout to our waitress...

Tip: it's definitely a restaurant that is a bit up-scale... so think Sunday brunch....

I'm looking forward to going back, but this time, I will probably make a date night with the hubby ♡

I wrote a good review 5 years ago! Maggiano's has surpassed good! The hot Italian bread and Zucchini Fritte (shared, of course), we're perfect! The chopped maggiano salad had the best Italian dressing, but the mushroom ravioli is what I compare all others' attempts! I will add pics very soon!

Sorry so late, but this was a lovely spot to share for my birthday. The food was delicious, and the server was attentive and kind. They really helped end the night of celebration. I really liked their mushroom ravioli and will definitely return for that dish. Thank you for a lovely time at your establishment!

We celebrated Duncan’s Birthday and we loved everything we ordered. Appetizers, entrees and desserts. I forgot I had intended a salad but enjoyed all the choices. Our server was very attentive, not intrusive and lovely all around. She did a nice job with the service. I enjoyed her and also took her suggestion when I explained the two options I was considering. Her recommendation was perfect.

The food now, compared to the food 6 months ago....my guess is that you have new chefs and they are trying to destroy the restaurant. The spaghetti sauce was all garlic. No other flavor profile at all. The chicken parmigiana was soggy and tasted uncooked in the middle. Six months ago, we were happy to tell everyone how great the food was, especially the chicken parm. Now, I don't want to eat it so I'm not recommending this food to anyone. Sadly, your manager even had to admit to us that there are certainly more complaints about the food now. Hmmm I wonder why

Food was not the best and the amount of gnats in the restaurant made it difficult to eat. The waitress seemed to be drunk and the table next to use was yelling about there smut book club. But honestly what do you expect from a restaurant at a mall.

Prices were very high for the quality of food. The $45 veal chop was paper thin and unrecognizable with all the breading. Lasagna was a large portion but not very tasty. Chicken marsala was excellent.

Not impressed with my Mother's Day experience. Service was slow during peak traffic that night. For the family plan at $50 a head, you'd expect the restaurant to not drop 3 of the 4 appetizers you're supposed to get and substitute those for off-menu items after you've started. The same goes for a dessert item, which they didn't even notify us was going to be substituted. Additionally our bread got cold while waiting for oil and some beverages (which they also ran out of) ran dry waiting for the waiter. Reservations were made but probably never again for Mother's Day.

It was our first time and it was a dinner we won't forget. The service was too notch along with food and the atmosphere. The waiter was the best we ever had. It's not my last but one of many we will enjoy.

Our server Caroline was nice, attentive and timely! Lobster Carbonara was good and friendly got Branzino Crab Imperial which she sad was quite good. We were there at 3p on a Friday and the ambiance was AWESOME!

The Maggiano's team did a surprisingly good job with my son's 14th birthday...I don't have particularly high expectations for chains, but management did a great job supporting any food allergy needs, the food itself was fine, and the service was exceptional. Will definitely be back.
