All I can say is...... very disappointed! We were looking for someplace close to grab breakfast and found this place. The ratings were good so we put it in the gps and it lead us to Nordstrom's!!!??? Not expecting that! It was down hill after that. We were the first ones there, they didn't open til 11 apparently. (so why did it even pop up for a breakfast option). Had to ask if there was a breakfast menu. It came... eggs were cold and the bacon was so hard, crisp to the point of burned. It tasted like it was made the night before. When asked, I said that the bacon was not good and she offered to get a replacement.... great, "not too crisp please". It came hard as a rock but at least not burnt. I wonder if it was precooked bacon to begin with? Our server was lovely.

Self service restaurant. 1st order not well understood. Had to reorder 2 additional classic burgers which were ready after 25mn wait: Cold bread, meat OK but the rest (tomato, salad) was cold as ice. 7.50$ for this kind of burger is far too expensive, knowing that you add 4.50 or 5.50$ for fries. For this amount, you get served at a table in other restaurants.

A little chaotic ordering system but worth it. It had the best Italian ham I've ever tasted. I would highly recommend.

WOW!!! Some of the tastiest food in a surprising mall setting. My girlfriend heard about one of their salads and really wanted us to try it. I’m glad we did. Top notch. Also had the French dip. Best French dip I have ever had in my life. Our server Allison was an absolute doll. I highly recommend eating at Nordstrom Cafe

$20 convenient and filling lunch! Up on the second level of Nordstrom's this little cafe is a hidden gem. If you want to avoid the hustle and bustle of the food court, this is the place to go. Sandwiches, salads and soups are largely portioned and surprisingly good. Think Panera level flavors and options. Highly recommend! Whatever you order make sure you get those sweet and spicy kettle chips they are to die for!!

This was my favorite eating establishment in the Annapolis Mall until they started allowing animals in the dining area. I've been quite considerate about pets now being allowed in clothing stores but where I eat is a totally different story. I frequented Nordstrom Cafe at least 2 times a month but sad to say I will no longer. I will also forewarn my friends who I had raved to previously about the wonderful meals and quiet atmosphere at Nordstrom Cafe.

Nordstrom Cafe used to be great but something has changed. The prices have gone up and service is lacking. The food is good but with such poor service it's not worth it. My server took a long time to even acknowledge me waiting in the table and even after that it wasn't getting any better. I finally had to have my dessert to go since I couldn't wait any longer. Also no dinner roll was offered with the meal. Very disappointing experience.

The food and service at Nordstroms cafe is always stellar! I was in the other day and they were out of my ginger peach iced tea and I was very disappointed. So I ordered regular black tea and was drinking that when the server came over and said that the manager went down to the e-bar and got me a ginger peach tea because they were out of it upstairs. Nordstroms is all about customer service and they do it well!!!!
