Sad that just a few years ago the sausage biscuit was on the dollar menu. It more than double now $2.75 same biscuit same meat new higher price

My co worker went today and got us both lunch. they got his order wrong and upon looking at the receipt they discounted his entire meal as an "employee discount" and he paid CASH so whoever took his order pocketed that Money. That tells me he would have a hard time getting his money back as it wont be marked in the register.

Even the door clearly states the lobby opens at 6am the staff refused to let me in so I could purchase food before work and when I went to the window and asked why the lobby is locked they closed the window in my face

I had an extremely disappointing experience at McDonald’s this morning, on October 21st while picking up a DoorDash order. When I arrived inside, not one of the workers acknowledged me, despite the fact that they were helping other customers who came before me—a white man and a Spanish man. I stood there waiting to be helped, but I was completely ignored.
I saw my order ready and had to ask for it, and even then, the worker didn’t address me or offer to hand me the order. Instead, she made a dismissive gesture with her hand, indicating that I should come behind the counter to get it myself. It was as though I wasn’t even there.
As a Black customer, this treatment made me feel singled out and disrespected. Everyone deserves to be treated with the same level of respect, and this experience was far from that. I asked the employee for her name, and she said her name was Maria—although I hope she wasn’t lying about that.
I would encourage management to review the store’s video footage from between 6:30 a.m. and 6:40 a.m. I was the customer wearing a black hoodie.

Fries right out of the fryer and excellent if McDonald's fries are your favorite like they are for me. ? Drive thru was fast and friendly and I had no complaints. Just really craving those ?!

Since McDonald's won't allow customers to order in person, only at the kiosk, service is poor. The kiosk adds extra charges such as a bag, even though I'm eating in. Staff are so busy on their personal phones, they are slow to help customers. Sandwich looked like it was thrown into the container since toppings were all over instead of on the meat.
