Whenever I order a chocolate milkshake I get a whole cup of vanilla milkshake and a tiny dash of chocolate syrupe in the corner of the cup. They don't even bother to mix the custard and the syrup. I can't barely taste the chocolate, so little syrup they use. I wish this Mcdonalds was as good as the one in Arnold, since it is closer to my house, but unfortunately, it is not.

In order today 3 Hot fudge Sunday with extra hot fudge and was the worst tasting hot fudge ever. McDonald has gone the cheap way for quality and taste that is it for us no more McDonald for us!!!!!!

It's not a huge deal. I am not really concerned with the possibility of getting a bad product. Or even something that would make me sick.
However if you're going to issue and have standards. They should be followed.

Young Hispanic male working the drive through doesn’t know anything about costumer service. Not once have I seen a smile on his face & I can understand that but this guy doesn’t even put the effort into greeting you, just hands you the order and walks away.. Sad. No costumer should ever feel unwelcomed. I hope managers take this into consideration.

*Dining room was freezing cold (inhospitable) at less than 60 degrees, wanted to dine inside but couldn't stay in there.*Cokes consistently don't have any carbonation in them and are nasty as a result. McDonald's is known for having great tasting fountain drinks but this location completely fails.*On the plus side the staff was friendly.*Other locations will now get my business- not this one.
