Would give a zero if I could. Managed was zonked on something. Asked me to pull to the last window after giving me dirty looks, I waited for 15 mins, backed up To the second window she scoffed at me and waited another 5 before leaving. She needs to be fired ASAP.

I don’t expect a lot from McDonald’s, but this location has to be one of the worst. I’ve been handed the wrong food before but this morning’s act takes the cake. After ordering a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle I drove home to open my food and take a bite only to realize they made my order with a beef hamburger patty instead. Absolutely appalling to hand a customer a completely different meat choice than the one they ordered. I have to hope that this was somehow an unfortunate mistake but it seems more likely to be a deceptive and vile way to address the issue of not having the sandwich in stock. Disgusting! Just communicate that you’re out of sausage and let the customer decide what they’d like instead. To send someone on their way with beef rather than sausage is a level of egregiousness I had not yet seen.

The manger is very rude and aggressive during situations that could easily be revolved. This has happened multiple times with the same manger acting rude towards customers. Tonight, someone took my food when they called it out and I let them know which order number I was and that someone else took it and the manger looked at me with a very dirty look and said “okay and what am I supposed to do about it” and walked away. She could have simply asked what I ordered and how the situation could be made right.

Whoever the night time manager is 7:50pm gave me the dirtest look for simply not realizing they had discontinued the 2 for 4 McDouble and asked to change the order and she was extremely aggressive and rude about the situation. I have managed restaurants for 15 years and NEVER have i acted in a manner that she has tonight.
Absolutely disgusting behavior especially for a management position.

Clean dining area, kiosks are easy to use. Service was very good. Got the chicken Big Mac and as expected is had so much sauce on it that it should have e been called the Chicken Big Mess. Tasty but so very messy.
