Madalyn is the backbone to my brunch experience she consistently goes above and beyond and serves in ways I’d only seen on runways. Best food and drinks in the area don’t even bother any other place

Oh my god DUBY went above and beyond at brunch. I’ve literally never experienced brunch like I did today. Absolutely life changing. If you’re ready to change your life come to brunch here and just pray to whatever god you worship that DUBY serves you. My eggs Benedict were okay.

Our server, Jack, made our time at Metro beyond 5 stars. He was kind and went above and beyond to provide a great experience. His recommendations got us the best Creme Brulé in the area!

We have dined here twice. Both times we were highly disappointed. We wont be back.

Lets start with the good. The Brussels were amazing (although a little spicer the second round...yes we ordered two.) and the rock fish was a crowd pleaser. The kids burger was very large and we split it for our kids. The side fruit that came with it seemed fresh cut and had a great variety.

Now the bad...Gluten free menu online but not in restaurant. They had a few selections but they didn't seem polished with this and we were celebrating a birthday for someone with an allergy. We selected this place thinking it would be easy for them. My husband didn't like the chicken sandwich. It was thin and extra crispy. My beet and blue salad was large but not very good. The scallops were okay but very salty. Last visit our lamb lollipops were served cold but we overlooked it thinking it was because we ordered quite a bit.

We requested roof deck seating with our reservations and in the restaurant upon arriving and both times we were not successful. There was a party our most recent trip and I cant remember the reasoning for the first visit. This was a big bummer since it was a gorgeous night and there is outdoor dining right down the street. Our hostess informed us yesterday that you can't request location of seating in a reservation (phone and online). Surprising since we had but good knowledge to pass along.

I've been passed by this place many times. Never try it. First time here, we choose the rooftopp seating . Love the atmosphere. Order the Fig and prosciutto carpaccio, then just so so. Then, order the pork belly blunt ends with pineapple. Which is pretty good. We also ordered the lamb burger. But I think it needed some seasoning on the meat. Our server Oscar is doing a great job. Will go back to try again.

Hosted a bridal brunch for my daughter yesterday here. It was a 10 out of 10! I just can’t say enough about this venue. The second floor space was the perfect eclectic vibe and the food was amazing! The unlimited Bloody Mary’s and bottomless Mimosa’s added the perfect touch! Tom Hanna, managing partner kept me informed and answered every question! Their staff, Christian and Chris were courteous, friendly and extremely helpful. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a space in Annapolis! Wonderful experience in every aspect!

The rooftop makes Metropolitan worth a visit, and the food is just as good. The menu is eclectic, and the cocktails are inventive. It’s a great spot to relax after exploring downtown Annapolis. Highly recommend trying a variety of the appetizers including the meat and cheese boards and potatoes. So yummy.

Went for after dinner drinks. Local draft beer served in 12oz Mason style glasses. That will be $9.26 before tip. Shrinkflation!

Lovely spot for delicious, yet quite affordable, dinner in Annapolis. We were pleasantly surprised to visit on a Tuesday when all small plates were only $10. Every dish was fantastic and easily fed four of us for under $50. Highly recommended.
