Small, charming, family-owned, authentic Mexican restaurant. We ordered the carne asada and pollo asada taco platters to go. The corn tortillas and hot sauce were delicious. Finally, hot sauce that is actually hot! Owners are very helpful and bilingual.

I would ask to better prepare food closer to true Mexican food. The tacos were super bland, beans and rice tasted like they were out of a can and the hot salsa I asked for wasn’t hot. Or change your name to Tex Mex

Second time going here. We had tacos (birria, carnitas, and chorizo) and they were all great. Carnitas were my favorite. Very authentic & food was ready super quickly. Love the green crema salsa. The guy at the counter couldn’t have been any nicer!

They charged me 30 dollars for four tacos n the chicken tacos was 2.49 each plus small fries which should be 3.49 because they over cook them n old grease but there 6 or whatever price they made up I’ve been coming here for years n they still don’t make my food right I’m good will not be going back after this one also the chicken tacos be tuff n hard or there just doing this to black people only but I’ll never return

Been there a few times. Last time there it looked like a car had run into the front. They were boarded up and closed with no notice posted. Unsure how long they will be affected.

I am a native Californian who has spent the last 10+ years in desperate search of a good taqueria in Maryland. Friends, THIS IS THE ONE. Taqueria Juquilita is consistently excellent -- the best breakfast burritos and regular burritos around, hands down. Plus, it's a family run restaurant and the owner is constantly the nicest ever, always greets us with a smile and so happy to see us and all the other customers. I'm always torn between keeping this amazing little place a secret for myself and shouting it for all the world to hear/see, but they deserve to get all the business! Run, do not walk, to Taqueria Juquilita!!

The food here is amazing! The portions are generous. I had the wet burrito, steak was good. The sauces were amazing and made in house. Alberto is super friendly and quick to laugh. He put out some pickled red onions with pepper and they were amazing. We will be back and would recommend to anyone living or traveling through the area.
Absolutely delicious. This family owned restaurant takes pride in their food and it’s evident. We had tacos (tripe, carne asada and tongue), they were flavorful and served a good amount. The atmosphere is great, the place is decorated very Mexican like with music selection to match its theme. The friendliness of the staff will surely have you returning. I plan to come back on a weekly bases.
I’ve been going to Taqueria Juqalita for years, and it’s always a great experience. The food is absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and consistently good. My go-to is the chicken tostadas (so good!), while my husband usually gets the burrito loco or quesadillas—he’s never disappointed. Their customer service is just as impressive. Everyone I’ve interacted with, whether over the phone or in person, has been kind, welcoming, and professional. I’m always greeted with a smile, and it’s clear they truly care about their customers. Highly recommend!
Wonderful, authentic Mexican food. Service was outstanding & very accomodating. I definitely recommend this restaurant!
