My husband ordered almost at closing time. He got my order wrong, so we called. I wasn’t expecting such a nice, professional response to my many changes when they were about to close! She was nice and my pizza was great. I wish I had her name. It was 10/18 at almost closing. Thank you!

The absolute slowest place. Why are people standing around behind the counter while one person is making pizza as slow as humanly possible? 2 pizzas should not take 10 minutes to put together.

This was my first time at any MOD Pizza. I had a mini Italian Chopped Salad. After waiting 15 minutes with only 2 people in front of me I received a very small side salad with 2 postage stamp size pieces of salami which all told probably weighed less than 1 ounce for $10.00. This salad would have been overpriced at $5.00. I will never go there again.

Whenever I order and there’s nobody in the store…..how is my order always messed up?????? This happens 1x a week with no customer service whatsoever like there never an explanation when I order. Get your customer service and orders together seriously it’s a joke to think this place does well in Annapolis with how bad they mess up simple stuff

Michael is ALWAYS running point here every time we come in, but tonight they really hit it out of the park. Place is absolutely slammed and everyone still had a good attitude and got everything done quick and clean. Amazing food as always, and a special shout out to Jack, who remade a pizza that I ordered incorrectly, and to the gal working the oven like she was born to.Amazing jobs!

Annapolis Mod is my favorite compared to Severna Park and Dunkirk! Kind people working there and Annapolis mod always cooks it perfectly (I've had burnt pizzas at the other locations). They also put a good amount of the toppings and sauce which is a big W!
