Poor everything! Why would the queso have meat in it? Why wouldn’t the mention that if I’m ordering a vegetarian bowl. I was really sick after eating it.

There was an advertisement on the front window for a burrito & drink special for $8.99 if you ordered thru the app, I downloaded the app and placed my order. Was billed ~$18. I feel like I was bait and switched. To add insult to injury they didn't put sour cream on it. Not pleased, but the burrito was

I haven't been to a Moe's in a minute and will not returning back to one again after visiting this Moe's. Couple of key menu items were not available.As you are ordering and walking down the counter, half of the floor was completely flooded. Not just wet, but flooded. I nearly fell twice and had to walk slowly heel to toe to keep balance. I watched an employee take a broom and push the water back towards the kitchen area...not a mop in sight.The bathroom was unusable and quite literally a biohazard. The toilet bowl was filled to the brim with leftover bits from past users. The handle to the toilet was hanging off broken and the floor was yet another disaster.Save yourself the headache and just go to the Chipotle up the street.

Tasted like brown mush and had no real discernable texture or flavour.They do include chips with every entree!Plenty of better places to go downtown.Vegetarian options: Decent amount of vegetarian options.
This has been the worst burrito ever. I got a reward for my birthday wish was a free burrito I know the portions in Moe’s are not chipotle(big) but I pay it extra for extra steak and I only gotten like 5 pieces of steak it was like eating a veggie burrito with just rice cuz I asked for corn and there is no corn in it and I try to call the store and nobody pick up the phone I also ordered a sweet tea and I got a soda so disappointed I won recommend this place ever

Food isn't Mexican! Gross, tastes like dogfood!!!Nasty, unsanitary and AC leaking only being contained by a bucket on the floor which was just kicked over and water splashed everywhere. Then I got slapped in the neck with more drips from the ceiling that looks like it may collapse at any moment. Not to mention tables and floors dirty and STICKY!!! OSHA ANYONE?? Spend your money somewhere else away from downtown.

If you read the previous reviews, nothing has really changed. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Staff doesn't speak English well so it's hard to determine if they're just bad, or aloof or awkwardly trying to pretend they understand you. I've been to multiple locations through the years, and this one was the worst. They were very lazy in their preparation, and were giving you baby portions. My 2 year old nephew Mikey would have been offended. I will say the coke machine was awesome, and the highlight of my visit which is why I gave an additional star.
