I’ve been coming here since they’ve opened and I haven’t been disappointed. Yeah, there are times just like any restaurant where things might not be perfect or what you’d expect. But since I am a chef and I’ve worked in several restaurants, the difference between how something is cooked one day can be a difference between who’s working that day. absolutely horrible that you won't allow folks to sit in seating of their choice to be comfortable and still get service. You're going to lose customers by not accommodating them.
We always have a blast at Neo! The staff is fantastic and the food is always on point :)
