Anything in Annapolis is fantastic, but very, very, very good food.

Food is mushy and the chicken is old! Absolutely disgusting 🤮🤕

We are from out of town and have never gotten the opportunity to try Noodle& Company before. If you haven't had the chance and you live near one, you're doing yourself a disservice by not trying it. The one at Annapolis Mall is fantastic. The service was wonderful and the food was hot. The Korean noodles and the Japanese noodles are what we tried as well as the potstickers and we were not disappointed. Full bellies on our ride home

Great meal. Korean noodles had just the right mix between heat and sweetness.

Our family usually likes this location, we've been coming for years but we are starting to notice a drop in quality.

The drink machine is always out of syrup or the mixtures are wrong and kind of nasty. That's expected, however, when we came about 3 weeks ago and my husband's BBQ Chicken Mac was cold, literally the noodles were cold. We didn't say anything because we were starving and couldn't care cause we had things to do and heated up the leftovers later at home.

Today, we walked in and only 3 people were in the place and it was quiet and nice. A gentleman walked in right behind us and we all ordered and sat down.
Then a couple families came through 10-15 minutes after us. After 30 minutes since we ordered, one family that came in after us got their food. One of the employees stopped by our table and asked what we had ordered. Then another family got their food shortly after that. Finally, after a third group got their food and 50 minutes had passed we walked up, they didn't start our food at all even though they had already asked 20 minutes prior what our order was. After an hour we finally got our order (1 mac dish and 1 korean noodle dish - pretty simple), we ate, and noticed while we were leaving the gentleman that was right behind us an hour and twenty minutes later still had not receive his food.

It was a rough day, we feel for the employees the busy holiday season but the last few times we've dropped by there's always something that disappoints but today was beyond ridiculous. Shoutout to that guy, we hope you got your dinner and that it was hot and delicious despite the wait.

Very disappointed, the size of the portion was not enough for the price of the meal. The dining room is clean, not very inviting. The service was nice, I just wouldn't return in the future.

The staff were really kind. Cashier allowed me to change my order mid-order (there was no one behind me in line or I wouldn't have asked) and was really helpful. Not 3 min after receiving our food, my 4-yr-old son somehow fell out of his chair, food with him, both on the floor. They not only insisted on cleaning the floor up themselves but made my son a replacement for free without me asking. Really kind and exceptional service, we will definitely return. (& Next time he will sit next to me instead of across the table.) Highly recommend b/c of exceptional staff.

Kid-friendliness: Super kid friendly, no judgment at all when he made the spill.
