I will never order from Nothing Bundt Cakes Annapolis again. We ordered cupcakes for my son’s birthday and they held our cupcakes hostage and refused to give us a refund. This was extremely hostile behavior for a bakery! They literally STOLE money from me even though I never received what I paid for. They told me verbatim that they would be keeping my money even though I never was even given the cupcakes.

I haven't visited the actual store yet but my friends did so I'm writing my review based on their experience however I did get to try the lemon cake so I can at least review that. My friends picked up the lemon cake for one of the friend's birthday. First of all I have never had a more fresh or moist bakery cake than I did when I tried your amazingly wonderful bundt cake for the first time! It was like biting into a stick of butter only much better! It wasn't overly sweet or overpoweringly lemony. It was just right and melted in my mouth! And the icing was TO DIE FOR!!! Soft and delicate and not too sweet. Just pure deliciousness! I probably could have eaten that whole cake! I don't know what your secret is, but whatever it is, keep doing it!!! I can't wait to try another flavor next time! Thank you Nothing Bundt Cakes!!

I walked in this morning to pick up a quick little cake for an office mates birthday. selected key lime, flower, ribbon bow, birthday sticker. paid, no problem the counter person was quite pleasant. waited, waited no one came out except a person loading the large cakes in the case. this is now about 10 minutes to wrap up one little cake. I asked where is my order. counter person checks comes says they are doing it now. Same person who was loading the case comes out and throws the cake on the counter and it slides across the counter almost off had I not caught it. it did not have the flower on so the counter person took it back to get the flower on it. They gave me a little cake extra for the rudeness and timely wait for one cake. Gotta say the management here should revisit the attitudes of their workers. Maybe they hate their job, but I will think longand hard before I go back there again. Not a happy shopping experience here!

I did an online order to be delivered for a Birthday Suprise. When I order it, the total was $43 then I was charged $60 with added delivery fee and a tip but the cupcakes were never delivered. Was never notified about extra fees. No confirmation of delivery was received. Very poor service, I was on the phone for a half hour trying to get this resolved. The management was using the poor girl that answered the phone as a middle person and the answer was to refund my money. Then I had to call again to get the tip refunded. This is ridiculous very poor customer service.

I walked in with my family yesterday. The employees greeted us friendly but after my transaction when I asked for spoons to go the young lady told me this was not a restaurant and that I could walk over to Cava for utensils. I am well aware this is not a restaurant but it is still a food establishment. The restaurant comment was rude and unnecessary.

You cannot go wrong with Bundt Cake. So delicious, so moist and flavorful. They have so many different flavors to choose from. And they have all your decorative and essentials for your party needs. Enjoy!

Ordered 7 bundlets for my stepmother's 81st birthday, and they were a big hit! Seven of us were able to split the cakes, and each tried several of the options. Favorites were strawberry and cream, chocolate chocolate chip, and snickerdoodle.

We have a Massage studio in Annapolis, MD. Last week Neel Garg generously, and unexpectedly, brought over two free boxes of AMAZING mini bundt cakes. They were out of this world! What an excessively kind gesture! We would highly recommend them! 🙂

Nothing Bundt Cakes Annapolis absolutely ruined a special birthday for me. My birthday cake arrived a day late and not in time for the big event. The store in Annapolis said the driver forgot my cake and couldn’t deliver it in time… The driver called the next day and said he didn’t want to deliver the cake but would “try” if we still wanted it… I can guarantee that with that type of customer service I will be looking elsewhere for my cakes in the future.

Love these little cakes! They are perfect size especially the little ones. Right amount of frosting and cake is nice and soft!!
