Choose this restaurant, wanting to have prime rib. We were there on a Friday 4pm, ordered prime rib for the wife. We got a stake grilled on both sides. Asked the waiter, he assured us that this was prime rib. And, we paid for prime rib. Never again.

The new owner has done wonderful things here. The food is excellent. The building is steeped in American History. It's easily my favorite place in all of Annapolis.
Wheelchair accessibility: Many old buildings are not wheel chair friendly in the historic district. Obriens, however, has an easily accessible ramp at the side door.
