Really cool place in downtown Annapolis. Navy themed of course but the staff I’d really nice and harbors no animus to Army grads. Comfort food mainly with really excellent crab cages and fish and chips. Nicest bartender in the universe. Great place to go to grab a good meal and beer

...food is excellent, service is timely, servers are friendly and helpful...O'Brien's is a "must go to" tradition every time we visit Annapolis.
The waitress and manager were professional but my salmon was dry and potatoes just unappealing. I am not a picky eater but I left hungry. Should have told manager then and there on second thought. Won't return.
I took my housemate to O'Briens for dinner yesterday and we had a marvelous time. The food was outstanding and the service was great. I wish that I had taken a picture of the Seafood Tower because it was so pretty AND the fried calimari, oysters and shrimp were delectable. My favorite was the crabcake sandwich. So Much Crab!! and no filler. Yum.
