So I visited this location for a birthday. This is probably the worst PF changs I’ve visited. The bathroom was horrifying. The walls are dirty and no stocked up properly. Disgusting. The wrong food was brought out but we did not have to pay for it which was fine. They were out of a lot of menu items also. Kevin the waiter was very good however and is probably the only reason I can give 3 stars least. This was not really the birthday experience I had hoped for my guest. The Mongolian beef, honey shrimp, Singapore noodle and honey chicken were great. The spring rolls were not that great.

Online order not ready, after waiting extra 15 minutes received the food got home food cold like food was just sitting some where, then missing all the salads from each order. So dissapointed of this Annapolis location.

Food is great but service SUCKS. Everything takes FOREVER. Appetizer 30 minutes after ordering food another 20. Don't expect your food promptly if you come to sit in the restaurant. I can see the cooks screen and its loaded with big orders. Only 5 tables occupied in dining area currently. I think take out is killing the in-restaurant experience.

Stopped in for some hot and sour soup. It's one of the best I've had. Never get the cup, always get the bowl. They say it serves 4 but if your hungry, it serves one to two. If it's an appetizer, then four for sure, maybe five. Brought home some meals to go for the kids.

I was very disappointed at the lack of customer service our group of 40 received. We were visiting Annapolis for our family reunion and PF Changs were well aware in advance of the size of our party. A prefix menu was established prior to the arrival of our party. Unfortunately, PF Changs treated us as if we arrived last minute without prior reservations. Reservations were set for 7PM, and the appetizers did not arrive to 8PM. Our young children in the party were not offered a meal until around 8:45PM. Besides poor customer service, the food was not delightful at all. The only family style options that were decent was the chicken and shrimp dumplings and they did not provide adequate serving for our party size. Highly disappointed at this restaurant and its poor customer service. We will never visit this PF changs again

We booked this restaurant for a long-awaited family reunion and meaningful occasion. We had a contract in place and communicated all the details well in advance, expecting the staff to be prepared.
Unfortunately, the experience was frustrating from start to finish. The restaurant was clearly understaffed and disorganized. Food took nearly two hours to arrive, and it came out in batches, forcing some guests to eat while others waited. We repeatedly had to ask for utensils, napkins, and drink refills basic things that should’ve been ready for a group event.
Instead of enjoying our time together, we spent the evening managing issues that should have been handled by the staff. What should have been a joyful and memorable gathering turned stressful and disappointing. This was a special moment for our family one we won’t get back and it was overshadowed by poor planning and service. I would not recommend this restaurant for any important event.

Walked in and it's empty. Waitress did not want to seat us so we chose a seat. Ordered a coke soda and they continued to give me root beer. I should have been running the restaurant because No one is on the floor. Appetizer was tasteless which was surprising because I always ordered the Dynamite Shrimp. I had no soy sauce and half of them were empty on the tables. There's no need to continue however this location is off the list for friends and family. Never received this behavior from PF Chang. This location needs DM attention immediately. I would have ordered more but I literally got frustrated looking for someone. I changed the order from 3 dinner entrees to a lunch order and left to never revisit again. I was definitely unhappy with them
