Mediocre experience from start to finish. Went for an early dinner with my daughter on. Friday evening. The fact that the large restaurant was mostly empty should have tipped me off that our dining experience would be poor. We had a three course "feast." We started with a salad that was lettuce with house dressing and Chinese noodles. Our next course was lettuce wraps. That was fine. I had the Chang's crispy chicken which was frozen chicken nuggets drenched in a sugary sauce. The sauce soaked into the chicken making it mushy. My daughter had honey sesame chicken which was okay. Our waitress seemed miserable throughout the entire meal. No smiling. Barely polite, just going through the motions as she waited on us. I won't return.

We eat at P. F Changs at least 3-4 times a year. Well P. F Changs has certainly changed over the years. The food over the years has started to become subpar. My favorite has always been the wonton soup. The company must have changed the recipe because the soup had a brown color instead of the chicken broth color. The taste was not the same. We asked for the fried wontons, the youngman said it would be .99 more which took us back. I always thought P.F Changs made their own fried wontons. The ones we got tasted like they came out of a box. They didn't taste fresh at all!! Needless to say, We didn't finish the soup. We ordered the Mongolian beef, I specifically asked for white onions, I guess the youngman didn't pay attention. He said it was another .99 charge. The waiter couldn't even answer questions when I asked about the contents in the soup. He also was going to charge me for the white onions but I corrected him there were no onions in my entrée. He did take it off the check. What sealed it for me, he layed the check on the table as no rush but here is your check after we said no to dessert. The meal was terrible. I didn't eat all of my food because it was just not enjoyable. P. F. Changs and I have officially parted ways. My experience has become less and less with each visit.

The sweet and sour chicken is really good! But the orange chicken was meh. The lo mein was dry. And the appetizers (the ribs, pork dumpling, & crab rangoons) left something to be desired. But if you’re eating here, you already know that it’s commercial and not super authentic anyway. Wait till there’s a deal to eat here—we had a free appetizer and a discount, so I don’t regret it. I just wouldn’t want to pay full price for this place.

I asked the waitress why did it take so long for our order to come out, and she stated that it was only one cook for the entire restaurant.
Do yourself a favor and don't arrive hungry.

I had been craving Asian food for a while, and a couple other Chinese restaurants in the Annapolis area had mixed reviews, so I decided on P.F. Chang’s. Wrong decision. The happy hour cosmo martinis were fine. Steamed dumplings came out below room temperature, the Mongolian combo was so salty I couldn’t finish. The crust was oily and chalky, meat and shrimp were fried beyond recognition. Bartender said cook was just following the recipe. 😾

It’s nice restaurant but food wasn’t great as much as we expected it to be. The fried chicken has too much batter and seems it had been double fried. The Mongolian beef and shrimp dumplings are good. However, the teriyaki chicken wasn’t that good. Our server forgot my husband’s beer and it took a while for my sangria to be served. The restaurant wasn’t full but the service during our visit was slow. This will be our last visit to this branch.

Not sure if it’s this location (we usually dine in Columbia) but this visit for lunch was extremely disappointing.
We ordered the chicken lettuce wraps and they were at our table 2 minutes later. I’ve worked on food service all my life, that means this dish is not made to order (batch cooked ahead of time) or an order was sitting in the window. Either way, the dish was lukewarm. I let our server know he says no problem let me fix this for you. Maybe he microwaved it? Not sure. The chicken mixture was overly salty and not great.
The entrees were also very mediocre. The fried rice was mushy and flavorless. For almost $5 extra I expected the fried rice to be the way it should be - egg, bean sprouts, carrot/onion peas…we had none of that in this fried rice.
$80 for lunch for 2 (including 20% tip) that leaves us disappointed and like we ships gave just gotten a couple of sandwiches across the street.
PF changs is not what it used to be.

Ordered online New Teriyaki Chicken and New Teriyaki Beef. On their website both items comes with broccoli, red peppers, onions and pineapple. Picked up my order got home and only chicken and pineapple in one dish and beef and pineapple in the other dish. What happened to rest of the food. Well, Chang changed their menu on these items. Taking away all the veggies in both meals. Now mind you their online ordering systems says different. Cindy the manager at the time I Returned had told me this. Cindy said their new Ceo doesn't know what they are doing and I agree, Cindy. May be Cindy should be the new Ceo.

Consistently the worst PF Chang's I've ever been to. Others have an upscale vibe that this one terribly lacks. Sloppily run, slow service, disgusting bathrooms. Desperately in need of new management. Each time I come here I keep hoping it's just a one off bad experience but it's just consistently like this. Two stars instead of one because the food is at least good, so credit to the back of the house.
It was an online order for lunch. I got the combination fried rice. It was just ok. The serving size was plenty, but it was a little dry.

This is a good example of what happens when Private Equity (Paulson & Company) takes over restaurants and turns them into airline food.

What have you done to the classic recipes? In the last 2 years, I think you've changed everything, and not for the better. And do you think we are little kids and can't eat banana spring rolls halved anymore? Are we all children? Our server... she obviously didn't want to be there
