They state they are open until 3 PM. Have gone here a couple of times at 2:15 or 220 like today and they refuse to make food. Expect to eat what has been sitting there for hours and when there is minimal category in a pan they refuse to make a full dinner Dinner for you.
If you've been to a Panda Express before, you basically can expect a similar (if not identical) experience at this one. I used to work at the commissary next door so I ate here a lot (too much). I would often gorge myself on copious amounts of orange chicken and chow mein and then return to my post with a heavy and impenetrable food coma that rendered me next to useless for the next few hours. I shouldn't blame Panda Express for this... I just... couldn't stop myself.
This location is open to the public even though it's located between the NEX and Commissary. Friendly staff, very clean environment. Probably due to covid, very limited seating. They also have a limited food selection, just your most popular dishes like chow mei, fried rice, orange chicken and a few more, it's just a smaller Panda Express.
