I love Panera and I hate to leave any negative review but upon eating my take out i found a hair and if not the piece of cheese stuck to it I’d have put that in mouth. Very disappointing experience and now I’ve lost my appetite to eat anything/feel a bit nauseous.

Always get my order correct and give good estimates of when it will be ready, so rarely an unexpected wait. Outside of usual extremely busy times (lunch, especially), they have it ready in under ten minutes consistently. I’m guessing most complaints would be resolved by ordering ahead, especially if in a large group. Restaurant is kept clean and cool and there is WiFi.

We have been with Panera for long time and love the type of food and drinks and the deals that is presented by the company to their customers. I came to this location and asked for a value duet of Turkey&Cheddar sandwich & cream of chicken & wild rice soup, and I ordered an ice tea since we’re a sip club members. I was charged $ 18 and some change and on top of that some tip. When I was having the meal it hit me, why I got charged that much, so I went back to the young girl who rang me up and told her that I think the charge is not right cause the value duet rounds between $6.99 - 8.99 depends on your combination. The girl and another one with her denied that there is such a promotion at the store and claimed that it’s online deal only. I didn’t make a big deal of it . The sad thing is that the company spends the effort to gain more clients and whether the girl doesn’t know or thinks that this way they’ll make more revenue might throw the customers away. If you search this meal online, then this is the answer ( simple but they didn’t spend the effort to make a customer satisfied):
the Panera Bread Value Duet meals are not online-only. They are available for dine-in, rapid pick-up, curbside, delivery, and drive-thru at select locations, in addition to being orderable online. Value Duets are pre-set pairings of menu items priced between $6.99 and $8.99

Very busy Panera location located amongst a major strip mall in Annapolis. There is plenty of seating in this restaurant but they don't have any of the in-store kiosks which is inconvenient because they only had one register which caused a large line.
The bathrooms were neglected and not as clean as I had hoped. However, the team members were very friendly and did their best to serve every in an efficient manner.

I love this place for lunch and a great meeting place. The menu has lots of variety, the food is good, and the atmosphere is casual.
I joined the unlimited sip club, ordered a soda to pick up for 7:10. Got there at 7:20, still no soda. They were "working" on it. At 7:25 still no soda. At 7:26 I realized I was never getting my soda and I left. Yikes guys. Get it together.

I got a hot tea and a muffin to go. I asked for a bigger cup. It seems that a larger hot beverage cup is for coffee, or that's what they want to charge me for. I've never had this issue at othe stores. Also, the hot water was not hot.
