Very busy Panera location located amongst a major strip mall in Annapolis. There is plenty of seating in this restaurant but they don't have any of the in-store kiosks which is inconvenient because they only had one register which caused a large line.
The bathrooms were neglected and not as clean as I had hoped. However, the team members were very friendly and did their best to serve every in an efficient manner.

I joined the unlimited sip club, ordered a soda to pick up for 7:10. Got there at 7:20, still no soda. They were "working" on it. At 7:25 still no soda. At 7:26 I realized I was never getting my soda and I left. Yikes guys. Get it together.

I got a hot tea and a muffin to go. I asked for a bigger cup. It seems that a larger hot beverage cup is for coffee, or that's what they want to charge me for. I've never had this issue at othe stores. Also, the hot water was not hot.

The cashier had no idea what they had on their menu, there was actual poop on the walls in the restroom, and I found plastic in my 2 year olds sandwich. I would give it a zero if I could.

Great place to eat, terrible layout to get your food served. If it wasn't good food, I wouldn't put up with the terrible layout and having to force my way thru people to get my food.

Went to pick up an order, watched a staff member bring it to the front counter and then drop it on the floor, pick it back up and wander off. Another staff member came over, asked my name, checked for the order and it was the dropped one and tried to hand it to me. I explained what had just happened expecting a do-over but instead he got a fresh paper bag and transferred the contents to that and handed it to me. Needless to say, the contents were all messed up. At least the taste wasn't impacted and I guess a bonus point for not giving me the food in a floor bag, but it was disappointing.

Absolutly horrible I will never eat here . Imagine it's veterans day and you hear panera does a free bagel and coffee for veterans or active military that sound cool yep not at this place and when I asked the lady about it she looked so confused like the alzimers hit her all at once she just kinda looked confused anyways a absolutly horrible spot to get a veterans day freebie

Every single table was dirty. I asked someone behind the counter to clean the tables and she said she would tell the manager. We never saw anyone clean any tables.
Also the lettuce on my sandwich was not clean. I could see specks.of dirt and it tastes gritty.
It's sad how much Panera has gone downhill.

The lines are always very long and slow. You need to reopen a second location. Never enough employees. They run out of food all the time.

The food at this location is just okay. It took fifteen minutes just to get waited on and almost 30 minutes waiting for the food. They were busy, but that is a little out of line. Also, I was so disappointed to see the staff pouring plastic bags of soup into containers. For the price Panerai charges, the food should all be homemade.

I placed an online order and paid with my credit card beforehand because i did not have a lot of time and needed everything to be ready when I got to the restaurant. I drove all the way to the restaurant only to discover that once the online orders are prepared, they are placed on a shelf that is unsupervised and anyone who enters the store has access to it and can freely take whatever they want. Someone got a free meal today because they walked into Panera and took my order because they knew that they could. The absurdity of managing online orders in this manner ----in this location------is truly baffling!! I just can't imagine someone in business not knowing that this makes absolutely no sense!!!! I spoke to the manager about it and she stated: "Ths is how online orders are handled in EVERY Panera. I will make your order again........."
Here is the point: People who place online orders generally do not have time to wait for the order to be prepared AFTER they arrive at the store-! Also---why does the general public have access to my food? Does this make sense? Am i missing something??? and Just because a procedure works at another Panera does not mean that it is feasible to do it at your location! I can't imagine how much money this store loses from people coming into the store with their personal cups and filling them up with drinks that they did not pay for (I see it all the time at this location) and stealing other people's food because it is their's for the taking, I realize that not all theft can be prevented but some of it can and Panera needs to do better for its faithful customers and employees who deserve better!!! Panera Please make it make sense!!!!! It can't be that difficult to figure out how to provide quick access to online orders without placing customers' food "in the lobby" where anyone can take it.....For my inconvenience, the manager offered me a danish. I don't eat danishes and thinking that a danish appropriately addresses the bad experience is an insult. After pushing her to offer something more approrpiate, she was responsive and it was appreciated!

Very disappointed about how dirty the dinner area and the kitchen look. It was someone mopping the kitchen with a dirty smelly mop. Two other works was dusting over the pasty and I asked for them to stop because dusty was getting on the pastry and me. I will never go to that location! Very upset customer!
