This place really struggles, from incorrect toppings/orders, to poor customer service, to slow deliveries - they just don't seem like they are able to get it right ever. I appreciate the drivers as they are always kind, but seems very understaffed and management does not seem to try to improve things.

After needing a quick eat from a long day of exploring the US as an Australian tourist, I thought to try Papa Johns since this isn't an establishment that's available here in Australia. I was not only incredibly impressed with the quality of the food, but I was also impressed at the timely manner to which the food arrived at my hotel. The food was delivered hot and not too greasy, but the standout aspect of my experience was the delivery driver. Ryan seriously impressed me with his positive enthusiasm he has on the job alongside the conversation that we made during our interactions. You have left a great impression on me Papa Johns! This location is great, however the call center was a huge waste of my time. Between the computer and Lady barely understanding me I wasted 30 minutes on the phone before I was abruptly connected to the store directly. Super frustrating…. The local store was great and took care of me in a minute. 5 stars is for the local store and not the call center. That place sucked

Absolutely the worst pizza place and experience you can have for delivery. Yes, it is delivery so not top notch. But when you are quoted 30 minutes for delivery and call an hour later, to say they are checking on the status of your order, to then be put on hold for 15 minutes. I ended up driving there (4 minutes away) for a cheese pizza that takes less that 10 minutes to make. Once I was handed my pizza, it was exactly what you would expect it to be… stale, nasty and not even worth the time you had spent. Not to mention, the person in the store was laughing, smiling, and did not give 2 shits at all about messing up. How this place is in business is beyond comprehension.

Disappointing Experience at papa John
I recently visited and had a frustrating experience. After ordering two large pizzas, I attempted to use my $25 gift card. The first salesperson approved the gift card $25 but then left The second salesperson charged my credit card twice ($53 total) and refused to correct the error.
The manager called the owner, owner refused to help, leaving me feeling disrespected and disappointed. Poor customer service and inaccurate billing are unacceptable.
*Recommendation:* Improve staff training on gift card usage and customer service.

I asked for a well done pizza, this was the second time I tried here, IT WASN’T! Really under done crust! The chicken wings, holy cow, there’s I absolutely no chicken that small and asked for them well done! This place is horrible, do not order from here!

Outsource to DoorDash and Uber eats regularly instead of hiring their own staff. I ordered through the papa John’s app but they outsourced to DoorDash which didn’t pick up my whole order- I called and they offered to remake my order but not expedite. Waited over 2 hours for a pizza. Find somewhere else to get your pizza. I purposely order directly from businesses just for this reason. I’ll go to dominoes next time.
