I have been to picante a few times, and the service and food has always been excellent. Last night, I went with a few friends of mine for a later dinner around 8:30/9 or so, and it was the best visit so far. Greeted by each one of the employees in passing and we had the amazing pleasure of David being the bartender. Great place to go try some good food. We had the Birria Tacos and the Molcajete, which was exploding with a great flavored red sauce. The service was so nice - you just need to take the time to talk to the staff and you’ll be pleasantly surprised at having some nice conversation. And the Tres Leches cake they brought out was a nice touch. I will definitely go back when I return to Annapolis.
