I had a good experience at this Pollo Campero location. All staff were kind, patient and helpful. The food was nice and hot, and the chicken was so juicy unlike any other chicken restaurant. Not to mention I had a pretty good portion of everything compared to other Pollo Campero locations.

I went through the drive thru at 7:23. I ordered a 6 piece chicken nuggets meal, they were out of nuggets, so i ordered 2 white piece meal with baked beans. Pull up to pay & I'm told to park & they'll bring my food out. The lady behind me parked too, & so did the car behind her....so what's the point of a drive thru? After 5 more minutes of waiting I decide to park and walk in. The woman working offered me & another customer a free drink while we wait which I thought was nice but still waiting. Total wait time 20 minutes for 2 pieces of chicken & beans. Turns out I got dark meat which had good flavor, the beans didn't taste good to me. This was my first & last time.....too bad.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SRRVICE VIA DRIVE THRU. The lady was very difficult to understand. Placed an order for 2 people and pulled up to the window, only to find out they had only charged us for 1 order. Then we asked for another Spicy chicken sandwich meal and proceeded to tell them with a side of rice. And I got BEANS AND RECIEVED NO UTENSILS🤬. Then as we left, they had only given us 1 classic chicken sandwich meal. The lady in the drive thru window needs to be terminated.
I arrived 10 minutes before closing. I asked for a 4 piece meal. They said that it was only legs and thighs. I told the gentleman that the menu showed that it was a thigh, a breast, a leg and a wing. He tried telling me that it was only legs and thighs. When he saw the look on my face, he said if you like to I can cook it. By the way he said it, he was hoping for me to take what he had. I asked him to cook the chicken for me.

Took forever to get a hold of someone through drive through. Waited for food 30mins. Just to be asked if someone took my order. When someone did. Insane!

Decided to try this new place because of its close proximity to my job. Can't say I plan to return. We ordered the nuggets and a sandwich. When we pulled around to pay and gather our food, we were informed that the nuggets were a 10 minute wait. Fine, no problem. We parked and waited 15 minutes and decided to walk inside. Food was gathered and we sat in the car to eat it. Now, if the nuggets weren't ready, we assumed they were going to be fresh when they came out. They weren't even hot. So, this is confusing. The chicken was room temperature and pretty dry. Not to mention the black hair we found in the box. While the staff was smiling and friendly, it wouldn't be enough for me to ever go to Pollo Campero again.

Food and service are decent, most of the staff doesn’t speak much English so they do a lot of starting and try to assist with issues. Took me 2 tries to get hot nuggets and fries for a price of $10.80. Find it sketchy that they don’t give you the original receipt, instead they put it behind the register and hand you get a re-print. This means you can’t leave a review or let them know if any issues. Also cannot scan the receipt for the Apollo Campero app.
