SIMPLY PUT,The WORST customer service ever (manager and staff)! I guess I need to trust the reviews. I will NEVER spend my money where people just can't conduct themselves in a manner that's worth my TIME or MONEY.

Terrible customer service. Refused to accommodate my order saying they weren’t going to make any more chicken after 5:20 and all I asked for were 8 legs and fries… ( for my children. I offered to wait and they said “thats it you’re taking the last legs”

I can only speak for my visit. I haven't been inside in years or thru here. But fortunately Fast friendly service. Hot food . the seating area is small but clean. It was a little cold inside would like it to be warmer. But the food was great . and welcoming staff

Worst. Yet again, I have receipts of the 3 blackened chicken sandwiches I've NOT received with a meal. This is the THIRD time I've gone, the ONE time in MONTHS that I don't check it before I drive BACK across the bridge to my home and here I am, again, with NO DAMN SANDWICH but my wife and sons got everything they ordered. You're lucky it wasn't HER sandwich, she's 6 months pregnant and there probably won't be a bad review from her, just her and 6 other 6 month pregnant women that are gonna rage in your store because you can't get the stores sht together. Next week, I'm just gonna tell her she didn't get hers this time. I'm DONE with yall forgetting my sht and then never answering the phone so I can talk like an adult with the Manager. So here we are. Yes this is real and I'd make sure you check your food even IF the build a baby is Flippin out about how her order better be right and you forget in all the hormones to even check yours. Damn. Just had to happen today. Smh. Their food looks good. Smh.

Food is always good at Popeyes's...but NEITHER LOCATION IN ANNAPOLIS will honor their rewards points...when I buy food from them...they give rewards points...but when I go back to claim my rewards they say" not at this location"...this is poor customer service and a poor business model...i will use other locations where they are more customer friendly...

Terrible service!! The cashier only acknowledged the customer before me and a guy who came in AFTER (mobile order) she was DETERMINED to make me wait. Another worker came and took my order after seeing me standing there waiting while she prepared the order for the customers in front of me. Will not return here but thanks to the guy who did help me and gave me a little extra
great chicken, but for some reason they act as if they don't know they sell it, never ready and they always want you to pull to side and wait for an order that's usually not complete

Went in for some pieces of chicken and , first the service of I think was the manager a little lady Nagelly or something like that was a disaster no respect for costumers or workers don’t know what she thinks she is but is not manager material at all hope not to see her working in Popeyes again ……!!!!!!!

This Popeyes is always good! The sandwiches, the red beans and rice, biscuits, and chicken pieces or strips. The employees do their job well!
Every time I put a mobile order in to pick up on my lunch break it’s never ready and I end up being late to work coming back from lunch…. I will never order here on breaks or anything again.
