I ordered food with delivery and it took over 45 min to get my food it was frozen by the time it got here the Popeyes is 2 minutes away from where I ordered it from

The service was horrible , workers were rude and they were missing half of the menu. I I could put 0 stars I would do not go there!!!

Wait for 15 minutes for my food which they told me to wait at the front door in my car but no one ever came. Apparently it was ready after a few minutes they told me to wait but no one bothered to notice. Worse Popeyes

The short Hispanic woman in the black shirt provided terrible customer service and was dishonest. I asked her about the $6 box deal, and she initially told me it could only be ordered online. This confused me because the advertisement clearly stated it was available in-store. When I showed her the ad, she changed her story, saying that this particular mall location didn’t offer the deal and that I would have to go to another store. I decided to order the $6 box online, and unsurprisingly, it was available for pickup at the mall location. When I returned to pick up my order, she appeared foolish, and I informed her that she shouldn’t lie to customers, as informed individuals like myself will always catch on. Despite being caught in two lies, she never apologized. Customers should be cautious, and management should be made aware of the deceptive practices at this location.

These people were so rude. There was rush hour traffic, but there was no line in the drive-thru. So I got my food and my burger was a little cold but then I relized they never handed me my drink. If you know west st aroumd 4pm, then you know it is a mess and I had to do two U turns to go back through the empty drive through, to ask for my drink. I asked her if I could have another small Fri. Mine got cold. Man these women in here were so rude and snappy and the way the were like NO 2.99 . Um OK. This Popeyes sucks.

It doesn't matter what time you go here. You can go there 30 minutes after they open and the chicken is never hot, it's dry. And when you're trying to order something, they don't offer you any help or suggestions.Went there a long time ago. It was the same. I thought I'd give it Another try and it was still the same. Go to the one on west street they're pretty good

The food is good as always, but the customer service there leaves something to be desired even for Popeyes. I waited 20 minutes in the drive-through waiting to order. The two cars for me placed their order and got their food. when I pulled up to the menu to order, I just sat there for another 20 minutes waiting for someone to respond to me before finally pulling up to the window and having them tell me they couldn’t hear me. Three of them standing there no one walked out to tell anybody. Glad the food is still good.

Or as my husband says, that is why you go to Popeyes. Always, reliably the same. Even though he is not a meat eater, he enjoys their sides, and continues to return.

This place doesn't even get one star rating the staff is very rude. I called 15 or 16 times on my cell phone to get a problem resolved with my order with my card because I never got the order with the delivery and they didn't answer the phone if it's the life of them that is very poor customer service I have never ever witnessed something that bad I'm never ordering or getting something from here ever again regardless of what location I despise this company and they should monitor and hire better people because this is just sad.

This Popeyes is great. I think the other 2 reviews are speaking of the other Popeyes outside of the mall.

0 stars actually. Every Popeyes is horrible I’m convinced. I thought this one would be different and hell no. The line was long and they didn’t even have any chicken nuggets.

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. The customer service is absolutely terrible, starting with the manager. If the manager is rude I wouldn’t expect anything more from the workers. The manager got mad at me that THEY got my order wrong... All she had to do was fix my order but instead she got mad and started being rude. This location needs better customer service especially the manager. Very disappointing.
