Small menu, but very tasty! We had crab hashbrowns (our favorite bite!), the most amazing chili sourdough focaccia, pickled beets (LOVE), and pork bites (decent — a bit small and not as tender). The steak frites was also tasty — so tender, too. The service was excellent. I wish there were more entrees that appealed to us, especially given the high price, but we were delighted with the food we split! The fresh lemonade was also great.
Had a fantastic experience here. The staff is extremely welcoming and kind. Cocktails were amazing. Food was fantastic. Crispy Kale was a favorite.
Great meal and experience
Delicious as always. Order the crispy kale!!
Best spicy margarita ever! Yummy sourdough foccia. Great ambience. Even thought of floss in the bathroom! Will be back!!
Absolutely loved this place. The food and drinks were devine. Highly recommend the crispy kale and the vodka drink with lemon curd.
Great atmosphere! Craft cocktails, 2 menus offered, a bar or dinner menu. Our seating was determined by which menu we chose. We opted for bar. Highly recommend the crab dip and burger. Large enough to share. Friendly and attentive staff. Enjoyed watching the bartender create many artistic cocktails. If I were a local- this would be my spot!

Let's talk food! ?? If you're on the hunt for a cozy, intimate spot with serious flavor, make your way to Preserve in the heart of downtown Annapolis.
This place is ideal for a memorable lunch, brunch, or dinner. Fellas, trust me—you'll want to bring your special someone here.
The food? Incredible. We kicked things off with the crispy kale, which was fresh and packed with flavor—highly recommend! Our main event was the Preserve Burger, and it didn’t disappoint. Juicy, fresh, and perfectly cooked, with a side of hand-cut fries that were downright addictive. Plus, their house-made sodas are a fun, refreshing twist!
So if you’re in Annapolis, don’t miss out on Preserve. Amazing food, great vibes, and a perfect way to make any meal feel special.

My husband and I had lunch at Preserve and it was a great experience from the time we were greeted at the door until we left. The food was delicious. The server recommended the crispy kale appetizer and it was delicious. We both had the preserve burger and it was one of the best burgers we've had, hands down. The place is quaint and cozy. We will definitely be back!

I ate at this restaurant several times. I sought to explore Annapolis and was pleasantly surprised the 1st time I dined there. I had the kale dish and other dishes which were delicious. It was so good that I revisited but my visits after that were not the same. The food quality was inconsistent and other dishes I tried on the menu were not good. The kale dish began being served and just not tasting fresh or good. The red onions they’d sprinkle on top tasted old and stunk. In addition, service at the bar was such that I felt I was begging for service and sometimes felt neglected. Also, for one of my visits, one of the white male (dark hair) bartenders, although I was pleasant with him, when I 1st sat down at the bar gave me a look and vibe like he wanted to beat me up. I’m a woman by the way so it felt very scary. I’m also black and had just sat down at the bar, so it did feel like be had racial issues. I smiled it away and kept being pleasant but honestly it scared me and sorta has me scared in terms of Annapolis.

We were excited to try their new prix fixe menu format, and we will absolutely be back. My husband and I took an out of town guest who can be a picky eater and eats in a lot of very fancy restaurants, and she was blown away. The dishes were creative and delicious and there were plenty options for the vegan in our party. We got served a starter course of three dishes that included a crab spread bursting with crab (but the tempeh squares were amazing) then we picked three first courses to share and we each had our own entree and dessert. The dishes came out and a perfect tempo for us and all the portions were generous. Atmosphere can be a bit noisy but everyone is having a good time. We highly recommend.
Vegetarian options: Vegans will be very happy hear

Sorry no pics because we wanted a night out with no phone distractions.
This was the most fun and extraordinary dinner experience we’ve had in a long time. The shareable menu with snack appetizers, the mushrooms and harvest salad, and the beef and pork loin main course was a true adventure for any food lover. The waiter suggested the ice cream sundae to close the meal out… whoever invented the recipe for this sundae…. Thank you! It was the best sundae of my whole life. ??

Vegan & gf friendly! Great music selection. Even baby friendly although it's a cozy place. The panisse cake was good but could use maybe a little heat. ? the chimcurri carrots were FIRE ? The fries are also really good here. Everything was fresh & sooo good.
And baby that vegan pot de creme was literally irresistible!
