Can’t speak to the food but had drinks here a couple times-
Outdoor area was great when the weather was.
Most recently we my wife and I had a drinks in the downstairs bar, super old, makes you feel like you’ve stepped back in time a bit

Came here with a few of my girlfriends on a Thursday night. It was decently busy but nothing too bad which we liked, and it really is just a cute hidden gem in Annapolis. It is secluded and quiet but so lively and enjoyable. The atmosphere really is good and they were having live music which was so nice. Food was good and service was good. 10/10 for atmosphere!

I had high hopes for this place being in annapolis but for tea they didn't have as many teas to choose from as I thought. And I couldn't understand my waitress at all who disappeared so we were just left sitting. The sandwiches r very plain . Soup was ok very peppery french onion. I prefer the kate pearl tea room. Its so much prettier and the food is made by an actual chef the sandwiches are so delicious and cute with a variety. And for Royal tea you get charcuterie...
