Just ordered coffee, it is slammed in there and yet everyone is still kind, personal, and up beat. Best place to get coffee!

Super cute little place. Coffee was delicious. Staff was so nice. I got a medium ice caramel latte and it was so delicious. I stopped around 10am on a Monday and it was crowded with a line. There were only a few indoor seating options which was fine but I think the person trying to work was annoyed at the amount of people. So great place to come and enjoy but maybe not the quiet work space if you’re looking for that.

Excellent place for a coffee in the Annapolis/Maryland Area with an excellent app for ordering ahead.

The coffee was good when they first opened. Now it tases like dirt and the service has really gone down hill.

I stayed in the area for a week and would walk over to this place to start my day and I was never disappointed. The staff is amazing and the drinks are awesome as well. Everyone is friendly and I was most impressed about going there for only 3 days in a row and one of the baristas already had my drink ready before even seeing me(: The service and people are top tier! I recommend a 20 oz Cinnamon Toast Crunch latte, lightly sweetened with oat milk and 4 shots of espresso, they get it consistent every time! I’ll be sure to visit when I’m in the area again.

Love this place! I’ve been a customer for years now, since first moving to Annapolis. This is one of my go to coffee places, offering lots of fun options in addition to a solid iced latte as well as breakfast with a modern branding flair and attention to the experience. Coffee flavor profile is more on the mild side for my taste but still good. Hot lattes can be hit or miss depending on the barista and overheating the milk, and you won’t get latte art here.
They use good quality ingredients and have some niche drinks like coffee smoothies and frozen lemonade in addition to the more expected seasonal flavors which are often excellent as well. My favorites are their iced lattes and the breakfast burritos (the rise up). You can also get Carlson’s glazed donuts here which are very good.
Limited seating, but a good spot to do some work or meet up with a friend. There are a few tables inside with outlets, and picnic tables outside as well.
The ultimate hack here is to mobile order your burritos/mad eggs food before you go, which is typically ready way before the estimated time, and order coffee in person so it’s fresh and all your stuff is ready around the same time.

Carmel coffee smoothie was delish. I wish the seating inside was different. If the tables were moved a little further from the stools infront of the window, those stools could be used. Too much of a tight squeeze to try and sit there. We had to sit outside and it was a little bit too warm.
One of my favorite burritos, great food and fast service
Rise Up Coffee in Annapolis is an absolute gem! To kick things off their Breakfast Burrito, packed with bacon, eggs, and cheese, which is hearty and delicious. The Tater Tots are perfectly crispy and make the ideal sidekick. For drinks, you can’t go wrong with their Iced Latte, smooth, bold, and refreshing. On warmer days, I love switching it up with their Mango Smoothie, which is tropical, icy, and not overly sweet. And if you’re craving something indulgent, the Frozen Mocha hits the spot with rich chocolate and espresso blended to perfection. Friendly service, and top-tier food and drinks make this one of my favorite spots in Annapolis. Just wish this place had more space and a bigger parking lot other than that it’s incredible!

Popular place on a Saturday. To be honest, I was here from out of town & needed a place to work but didn’t want to spend too much money. The food options were a bit pricey for me & it seemed like at least half involved pork, which I don’t eat. BUT I ordered a bagel & two eggs from the a la carte menu, came out under $10 with tip, which was great. Also I was shocked at how perfectly the eggs over easy came out from a food truck. WiFi was fast & consistent, staff were very hospitable.

Avocado toast is most likely the best I've had. Oh, and the coffee never disappoints!

Came to try a frozen chai, unfortunately it cannot be made dairy free because of the smoothie based used
Got a latte with their vanilla and hazelnut with oat, seems very basic but theirs was so good I couldn’t even be disappointed not getting the frozen chai
Wish I remember the young lady with brown hair working yesterday approximately 2, very helpful, very polite, very efficient

The food was good, but the coffee was subpar. The service was okay, and the atmosphere was basic—you’re sitting on a bench in a parking lot. It wasn’t downtown, and it wasn’t a walkable area.

I waited over 30+ minutes for 2 drinks, with nobody else in the establishment, between 3 baristas. They had enough time to talk, but no time to actually work. Sad. Truly a sad experience.
