Waited 15 -20 min for a smoothie which was sub-par and iced chai latte. At least 8 people who walked in and ordered after us got their order first. When I asked how our order was going a high strung, clearly agitated employee told me in a raised voice they make simpler drinks first. That doesnt even make sense. Baristas were totally unorganized .When walking back to our inn a passerby asked about our drinks. Directed her to Starbucks.

Looking for a quick coffee break from all your shopping adventures in downtown Annapolis? Rise Up might be the spot! We visited here for the first time a few days ago as we were traveling through Maryland and stopped in Annapolis for the day and we were pleasantly surprised with both the seasonal maple iced latte and the iced tea we got. I didn’t see until I had already received my drink that they had a supposedly iconic coffee smoothie on their menu. That was probably their best menu item - shame I didn’t get a chance to try it. Next time!! But yeah, this place is located in a little food hall that has several different vendors all in one location. So, you can come here for food from some other places and get your coffee at Rise Up all at the same time! I really enjoyed this place, service was good, our drinks came out fast, and there really were no complaints. I will be trying the coffee smoothie next time I’m in Annapolis and stop by Rise Up!!

Rise up always has quick service and friendly faces. I love that they sell whole beans as well so we can buy in bulk and save. The coffee is always hot and I like that they moved it to the side of the display case for better flow of traffic. It's a great little quick service spot!

Half the menu online is not available at this location. The limited menu aside, they forgot that we ordered breakfast sandwiches, so waited a while for those before needing to remind them that we ordered them (they’re pre-made). Once we got them they were lukewarm, untoasted English muffins, the egg was really small compared to the bread. It’s such an easy thing to not mess up and it was messed up. Their other locations are good though.
