I forgot to come back n tip after a quick bathroom trip.

Called the Alexandria Store 3 times no answer. Final call answered, spoke to a young lady and explained to her I ordered a smoothie at the wrong location and asked for a refund and she explained confusingly to me why I was not able to be refunded. Money isn’t earned easily, I live day to day. Great smoothies but the franchise is money hungry. I was not able to get a refund and I had to pay again at the Annapolis location. Very disappointing. The Annapolis location was not generous enough to understand the situation financially.

The smoothies made were great and have no complaints. We wanted a cheaper option for smoothies due to us being sleepy and this was on the way. Highly recommend!

My husband got the pina Koolada smoothie and loved it he also got the peanut butter banana bread he loved them they’re extremely over priced though for a piece of bread was $9

I got the mango bowl and honestly it was way too sweet for my liking.

Fruity smoothies with a lot of fruit flavor. Acai bowls are good.

Parking: Very big shopping center with parking lots all in the middle and across the road if it's packed near the building

We love Robeks! Super easy to order online through the app, earn points towards free smoothies. My daughter who wasn't feeling well only wanted Robeks and I added some probiotics to hopefully ease her little tummy. Thanks Robeks!

I had orders online through Uber eats and spent over $70 and I never received half of my items I ordered! Poor service. Will not be ordering the food here again!!!!

Smoothie was very tasty. Chelsea at the counter had a very upbeat personality. The overall service was very fast.

Bugs everywhere.. I understand it’s a smoothie shop and bugs are hard to keep away but keep the ingredients under cover. I walked in and ordered before I saw the protein powders and other ingredients open and covered in flying bugs. Threw everything away after walking out the door and won’t be returning.
