The people are rude and unprofessional I ordered food from them and it took an hour and I said I didn’t want my food cold they said it’s no there problem

Ordered online. I got the shrimp scampi, garlic bread (+cheese), and a side of broccoli.

The best item by far was the broccoli. The worst was the garlic bread— it was just white toast with butter and maybe a light sprinkling of parsley. NO garlic that I could taste. And for whatever reason they threw a slice of American cheese (🤮) on top which was hardly melted and it totally ruined the dish.

The shrimp scampi was fine, nothing to write home about, but they only gave me 3 pieces of shrimp with the tail still attached.

Overall the food was edible and the portions fair, but not sure I’d recommend it to my friends and family.

Accommodating for families, and the best pizza in Annapolis in my opinion. The marinara sauce is out of this world and the pizza is never greasy. The garlic knots are insane. For our busy family it’s always a quick and satisfying meal and we love sitting in the main dining room and catching up with each other.

I was real excited about ordering from this place. I went through uber eats and I got a order of chicken wings. I got to the last one and looked down at it and I saw several strands of hair cooked into the sauce. I was absolutely appalled and nearly threw up. I took a pair of tweezers and pulled the strands out piece by piece. There's no way it was the delivery driver because of how it was cooked into the sauce. Ill never order from here again. Real shame because it was really good. I wish there was an option to upload a picture, I took a video of it too

Ordered special of the day for lunch a creamy Rose penne pasta with shrimp, scallops and crab. WHAT A JOKE, went back to the counter and gave it back and walked out . No I don't want another one I only have one lunch break a day and can't wait for a second meal.

I live in a neighborhood very close to Sammy’s & have noticed on a regular basis that if you order in person vs ordering on the phone, your outcome is vastly different. The pizza ordered & delivered in-house is tasty, with great sauce and is usually exactly what was ordered. If ordering over the phone, you never know what you’ll get & that’s why I checked my pizza before leaving.

I ordered a medium Capricosa pizza with fresh basil and garlic instead of red peppers. When I picked up the pizza, there was a minor sprinkling of basil on 2 slices & no fresh garlic whatsoever. I asked the owner of the restaurant to provide more basil & fresh garlic…he gave me a small sprinkling of dried basil & squirted something from a plastic squeeze bottle that he said was fresh garlic, IT WASNT.

The cost of $27.55 for a medium size pizza with 6 slices was a shock & the pizza was so bland and tasteless that I won’t be going back again.

I questioned the owner on the cost of a medium pizza @ $27.55 & he said that was normal. It was a vegetarian pizza, not one covered with different kinds of meat that would jack up the cost. I felt ripped off & incredibly disappointed by a neighborhood restaurant that can provide what’s advertised on their menu, yet doesn’t follow through. Never again.

They have the most terrible customer service and have no respect for their customers. The person at the cash counter was extremely rude when I was checking my bill to see if it was accurate. He thought I didn't trust him and started showing his annoyance towards me, told me that I didn't trust him, and it was non-stop. I gave him right back and am also planning to talk to his manager to file a complaint so they take him off the job.

This restaurant has not changed since 2000. Everything is completely overpriced and taste bland. Per slice of pizza is $5 for a crappy subpar Pizza. The employees barely can mutter a word. And have horrible customer service. The owner or some other old man will take your order and then call a separate employee to ring it into the register because he refuses to learn how to use his register. The floor is sticky it's insane to me that this place is still open after so long I've never seen it full. Don't spend your money here you're going to get a crap experience through and through. You would have a better experience at the Royal farms down the road. The pizzas are not kept to temp and sit out in the open air without any kind of heating element on them waiting for people to order. Every time I've ordered from this place I've been immensely disappointed the only reason I haven't said anything is there a small Annapolis business and haven't wanted to give them a bad name but they're doing that themselves. Do not spend your money here. You will regret it I promise you
