Hit the spot! Great menu selection. Needed the protein but couldn’t resist the savory option with PB banana and graham crackers. Friendly and easy spot.

I’ve been going to Sophie’s crepes for 10+ years across all former locations from Towson to Charles street but I will never go back after my last experience.

I occasionally drive an hour out of my way from Frederick to Annapolis since the other locations closed. I specifically enjoy the thanksgiving crepe. On my last visit I drove an hour to get crepes while three months pregnant and really had to use the restroom when I arrived. They informed me, that due to policy they wouldn’t allow me use the restrooms (even though I have in the past while visiting after explaining my specific situation ) .

I told them I’ve been a customer for 10+ years and was pregnant and would be quick, but the person working the register could have cared less about my situation. She seemed more intent on enforcing policy than accommodating customer needs. I’ve always thought the thanksgiving crepe was delicious and used to always recommend Sophies but there’s something about bad customer service that makes the food taste horrible.

I will never recommend Sophies again or travel to get food from them due to this customer service issue. I was sad when there other locations closed but now I understand why. I’m not even sure it’s legal to serve food and not have a place to use the restroom or wash your hands. There does appear to be a quality hit to since when I first got hooked on them back in 2012. RIP SOPHIES

The food was very good and filling but we had to wait 40 min for our food. Nobody told us that it would take so long, and it wasn’t even that busy.

We love this place and come every time we visit Annapolis. Got the BATS and replaced the sour cream with Gruyère - so tasty. We also got the Monte Carlo, a basic egg/cheese/sausage, and Nutella strawberry. The people who work here are super nice, clearly get along and make the environment fun.

I went in today to grab a crepe and arrived at 5:43 pm, two other customers just finished placing their orders and they refused to service me and my little girl because they ‘just took their last order and don’t take orders 10 mins before closing’. It was well over 10 mins and even so if that’s the case they should change their store hours. Really disappointed at their service, I rushed to get there and to be treated like that wasn’t right.

Only seating outside. Made to order and that may mean you wait a bit. Has some interesting fillings and worth trying it out

Monte Cristo crepe with bacon, really good. They forgot to put the bacon in it. The staff were so nice, they made me a whole new crepe with the bacon. All they had to do was give me the bacon, but they went way beyond! So so nice

Very good crepes.
It was only after I left this place that I realized that they don't have whipped cream or ice cream.
