The Asian lady ignored me the whole time I was at the register but prioritized the Arabs ignored my existence for the light skin people . It was two other workers that looked at me as it’s not her job to ring on the register one finally came over once she see I been standing for a while. And the Asian lady started making food for the people in the line while the other two I guess just made drinks ? Idk weird experience just watching them stare at me

In contrast to the other Starbucks in the area I think this location takes the cake, the service is wonderful, quality is unparalleled, and the atmosphere is amazing! The employees always make me feel welcome, especially Lily, (Super Enthusiastic Character). Highly encourage you take the extra mile just to go here, it’ll be well worth it!

Who is actually in charge at this location? It looks like day camp for teenagers. There were FIVE employees standing around chatting/laughing loudly with each other, playing on their cell phones, and actively ignoring customers. The coffee area looked filthy. I stood there for several minutes, no one else waiting or in line. They saw me and all of them ignored me. They were far too busy socializing loudly (especially the blonde girl who always seems to be playing around and was complaining about not wanting to work on Monday's) Plus they were all on their cell phones, texting away, right at the front not working and not paying attention to customers- they should not be allowed to do that during work). When the man there finally turned around and took my order with a very lackluster gretting, I was handed a lukewarm, not good tasting drink, that was made more like a latte than a Capaccino. I had to throw it out and go elsewhere. This is beyond ridiculous for a dirty store that charges almost $8, plus the tip they ask for, for crappy coffee and even worse service. No wonder Starbucks is getting bad press. This is the second time my drink has been not made properly here.If there was a manager there aong those five people, he/she should be sent to training or fired. This used to be my go to store for years, Ii don't know what has happened recently, but I won't be coming back or wasting my money here again. Great way to not care about your customers or the quality or your product and service, Starbucks.

I go every morning to get coffee. Alexis is always there and extremely polite to everyone. Ashley and Tony are also extremely nice and helpful. Great service.

Don't come in 5 mins before close because they already have everything shut down and you can't order coffee. If I ran a business and was open until 8 then I would serve up until 7:59:59. Closed at 8 should mean 8. Sorry, but 1 star because I even got off the highway for this and navigated crappy traffic.

I'm an active duty sailor and i was there on the Veterans Day to get a coffee, there was this new guy with a short beard who's the manager there, I requested him to give me a different coffee and I told him I will pay the difference but he was so rude and had an attitude, he said he can't do that even after saying that i will pay the difference. The earlier staff was really good and polite all the time whenever I went there, it was just a coffee and he got rude just to give me a coffee disrespecting the military sailors.

I waited 30 minutes for my mobile order after I was notified that it was ready. And when they finally made it they made it wrong so I ended up waiting more. This is not the first time this happened. They need to hire more people and train them better.

Barista never reads my name, just sits the drink on the counter and expects me to keep checking. I watched her read others names but not mine.
Barista greets me when I was walk in building. My drink was ready, Store environment nice and cozy. I definitely come back here again, thanks ?.
