Out of town guest today visiting area. Asked the server Sandy at the end if there was napkins for which the one in front of me was empty. HER REPLY TO ME WAS OVER THERE I AM INLY ONE PERSON. RUDE rude Rude. Ps I am a retired Starbucks employee and this was awful service.

Staff was so nice! They made an extra Frappuccino and gave it to me for free! It’s also really nice inside
I had a very overwhelming experience today. I ordered an expresso single and a salted caramel mocha frap. While I waited for my order I noticed that the people behind me in line had received their orders and people was coming into pick up orders but I still haven’t received mine. My shot was ready. But my frap was not I waited what felt like 10 -15min for my order and I was on my lunch break. And when it was done the barista just tossed it and it didn’t have the drizzle in top. I asked if caramel was supposed to be on top and she said it’s at the bottoms. I’ve ordered this multiple times this week and this time I felt they carried on the way they did because I didn’t tip them. I asked for my money back. And went to Chick and Ruth and got a regular coffee. I worked at Starbucks and I was shocked how poor the customer service and conflict resolution was.

Very nice Starbucks and people who work there are great. The only downside is that you can’t order for pickup from the app. This would make things better because in packed days you have to wait a long time to get anything
