Frapuccino had not ice it was like a cold coffee, they charge you the water even if you are buying some other stuff, very rude cashier

I've visited this location before, and unfortunately, I've never really felt like a valued customer until now. This place has potential, but it's really Arly who makes it worthwhile. Her service was outstanding! The rest of the employees, however, seem to lack the same level of dedication and attentiveness. Hopefully, management will take note and work on improving the overall service quality to match Arly's exceptional standards.

Not only are they extremely slow, rude patrons (not really their fault), then they let me sit there for 20-25 minutes having to ask multiple times about my drink and they just had it hidden out of any customers view made the entire time but never put it out or said anything when I initially asked.

Made my cold brew with half water, when I told him I didn’t want water the barista refused to remake my drink. Horrible customer service. Please don’t waste your money at those Starbucks.

I ordered a Carmel ribbon crunch and it not only wasn’t made right but it tastes like mocha. They refused to make it over saying that if mocha was in it, it would be dark. Very unprofessional. Never coming here again and you shouldn’t either

The servers were friendly, but they just could not get the order right. They corrected the mistake quickly. There seem to be a language problem. I asked for a cup of coffee with 1 inch of milk. The barista repeated back, do you want a splash? I said no, one inch, and I just cheered the shape of an inch. She said okay. Then when she handed me the coffee, she said is this enough milk? It looked as though there was literally zero milk in this coffee. I said no, and I just heard again 1 in please. She said okay a splash.

THIS IS THE WORST STARBUCKS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. I kid you not every time I have come here I have been scammed. One time I ordered a venti (the charged $10.27) and they gave me a grande. After I had shown them the recipt they continued to fight me back and forth and I sadly walked away with a grande. Another time they charged me money for water in a cup. Inconceivable right? Over a dollar for room temp water that taste like straight iron. The other times I have been there they have added a tip on without asking. Say the drink was $4.45 they would charge me $7 at least. Not to mention the rude customer service they provide. If I could give one piece of advice to the world I would say never buy anything from here. They are all terrible people who should be in jail for their thievery.

Went drive thru 10:30 ish. Asked for tall mocha and bacon cheese Gruyère sandwich. Longer wait. 4 cars ahead. Handed drink that spilled down my hand and side of car. Still on there. Asked for napkin to wipe off my hand. Sandwich had NO bacon. Just had fasted 14 hours for blood work and was hoping for a nice warm sandwich.?

Ordered a hot chocolate for my 6 year old, KIDS temp. Picked up my order and the cup was SCORCHING hot. I asked the barista if it was made kids temp and she said yes. She really stood there, looked at me in my eyes, as I’m holding this 152 degree+ cup, lied to my face and said yes it’s at kids temp. That’s a HUGE lawsuit she was asking for if I had let my kid drink it and burned herself. The barista did not bother to remake the drink when I asked. I thought starbucks’ motto was if you don’t like the drink, we will remake one.
A liar and poor customer service given. I can’t even believe I’m writing this. This is a child’s health that could’ve been compromised and that’s why I’m upset.

Always out of stuff. Pushing tips to hard forcing people to pay extra when you never have what they want. Don't advertise drinks you don't have then force people to get something they don't want and ask for a tip lol
