Went there , they welcomed me so nicely ! They took order and explained me about the drinks ingredients! I was so amazed ! We ordered 3 drinks ! Tried their spicy dragon drink ! It was soo good ! Also tried their iced toffee nut latte & caramel ribbon crunch Frap ! All were amazing ! Such a good service ❤️

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! I have never been in this mall and I usually ONLY drink Dunkin but decided to go to Starbucks because I remembered I had a gift card! The Af.American male and the Caucasian lady WERE PHENOMENAL!!! They made me feel like I mattered, my drink mattered and most importantly their patience with me was amazing! I have NEVER received such love from a coffee establishment especially one I don’t frequent much. I WILL make more 20min drives to come here and enjoy...

Service is reallyyy slow even when it's not busy. If they get your order wrong they're not always nice about it. A drink was spilled everywhere and there was no urgency to clean it up. The drinks aren't as good as other Starbucks either depending on the drink. There's some room for improvement, but I still appreciate the efforts of the staff. I'm sure they work hard and the lines are really long sometimes which makes the wait longer.
