Went this morning whoever was working the drive thru around 8-9 am Dont come to work if you aint awake yet. Grow up.

Mobile ordered three drinks an iced latte with extra cold foam and two frappuccinos as well as a ham and cheese croissant. Waited 15 min in the drive thru line, when I received my drinks no cold foam on the latte which is $1.25 extra and the frappuccios were melted and the crossiant was cold like it came straight out of the fridge. They added my cold foam but i was not gonna hold up the line to have my other items fixed however management needs to step in and make some corrections people spend a nice bit of money at starbucks for drinks and things. Managment needs to do better either get more staff to help your staff during busy times or make some helpful changes. This starbucks is always so hit or miss on drinks being correct or having to wait an obseen amount of time or being randomly closed.

Really disappointed with the customer service this morning. I usually come in and get great service from Broc before I go to work—he’s always friendly, and but this morning, the girl at the counter messed up my order and had a bad attitude. Not the experience I’m used to at this place.

This location is the most frustrating store on the planet. The staffs ability to create the opposite of a welcoming feeling is incomparable. Zero customer consideration. Horrible management. The door will be locked at 7am and you'll be knocking to enter because you PURCHASED a mobile order. Yet they won't open with no explanation and make you get in the drive thru to wait for another 10 minutes. This happens as regular as the sky is blue. If time is of consequence, I'd suggest going elsewhere because this staffs thoughts towards your time is as black as the burnt coffee they're taking 30 minutes to serve you.

I’m so glad to say that this is my daily Starbucks location! The coffee is always perfect, the staff are super nice, and the food is always above par! I honestly wish every Starbucks was run as well as this one! (:

Come here if you want to be treated like you’re an inconvenience to the employees who literally got hired to provide friendly customer service and MAKE YOUR DRINKS!!!! and roll their eyes when your sitting in drive through so unprofessional

The service here was the best ! Nee at the drive through window was so caring and made my experience great and my day! Mistakenly my food order in the drive through was switched with someone else’s order. Nee flagged me down once I had pulled away so nice. She motioned to pull back around so I drove back around the drive through and she physically walked around the store to hand it to me so that I didn’t have to pull back up to the window. Thank you so much.
