I ordered a venti but they gave me a venti cup and my drink filled half cup and the other half with whip…is the new Starbucks 🤦♂️ it’s not the 1st they do this

I'm a fan of the dark quiet, so the atmosphere was nice. Even busy it wasn't loud. Very friendly, very hard working crew. I don't like starbucks, i was there for my daughter, but I recognize effort when I see it.

Super disappointed this morning. I don’t usually order from this Starbucks but my husband was in the Harbor Center and could run in to grab my coffee. I ordered a Venti latte. He grabbed it a couple minutes later and brought it right home. When I grabbed it, it felt light. I opened the lid and it was half full. I’m paying almost $8 for this drink and they can’t even fill the cup? This is not okay.

Very disappointed with this Starbucks I bought a cup of coffee here this morning but the test was not like coffee nasty and the cup of coffee was hot like hell fire . Means this Starbucks do not have professional so disappointed for wasting my money

Despite being a nice looking Starbucks this is the slowest Starbucks in the united states. Constantly forgetting orders. Making you wait despite estimated order times 20 minutes earlier. The Barnes and nobles Starbucks is honestly better

horrible origination, there were four people working there when I got there and they only had one person working on the drinks, one person doing the food and the other 2 just seemed to be slacking off, doing minuscule work, when they were being slammed with online orders
This place is way understaffed. 10am and only 2 people working.

Attempted to order two coffees to go, spent at least 20-30 minutes here waiting for drinks. Extremely understaffed, made orders incorrectly and not in the order of guests arriving, nice atmosphere and music though.
